Reusable labels for 15 years
I've been using these labels for over 15 years and they've really proven to be reliable. Recently, I had to order new ones because my son's allergens changed, and the process was smooth. I got the labels quickly and they are just as trustworthy as the ones I've had for over a decade. One suggestion I have is to offer the option of adding a line of text to the back of the medical tags, which would give extra peace of mind for parents like me. I actually used one of the stickers to put a phone number on the back of the tag, just in case my son forgot his meds somewhere. These labels and tags have been a lifesaver for me, and I'm truly grateful for their durability and quality.
Labels for kids' belongings
So, I ordered some labels for my kids' stuff from this label company. The labels are great quality and the service is top-notch, but I did run into a couple of issues with the pictures and descriptions on the website. The labels looked bigger in the pictures than what I got, which was a little confusing. Also, when I chose a color, the icon showed three colors, but I only got one. Despite these mix-ups, I have to give props to the company for their amazing customer service. When I told them about the problems, they reached out to me right away and went out of their way to fix things, which makes me want to buy from them again.

The small rectangle labels were great for labeling all our back to school stuff. They are cute and stick really well. But, my only problem was that it wasn't clear about the colors. My kids chose sherbet & standard colors, thinking we would get labels in all three colors shown, but they were all just one color. I looked on the website to see if there was any info about the colors included, but nothing. Despite that, the labels were still good quality and worked well.

I just got some silicone bracelets for my grandkids to wear when we go to Disneyland. I really liked that they come in different sizes to fit their little wrists, and I could even have my phone number and some discreet writing on them so strangers can't just read their names. I was so annoyed with the website because there weren't any good options for older kids or adults. I just wanted some basic clothing labels for my teenage kids, but all they had were these huge packs with sizes we didn't need. And the designs were ridiculous - alligators and robots? Come on! I just got these super cool elastic bands for my water bottle, and they're amazing! They're so cute and I got to pick a lightning bolt icon. It looks even better in real life! Next time, I might go for a darker color because the orange makes it tough to see my name. But all in all, they're really well-made and such a smart idea!
School label purchase
So I thought I'd change things up this year and give a new brand a shot for my school labels. I opted for the Large Label combo but, to be honest, I wasn't too thrilled with the quality. The labels just aren't sticky enough for my liking and they don't seem as tough as the ones I had before from another brand. Plus, the name tags turned out smaller than I had imagined, so now I'm left wondering about the size of the regular labels. All in all, I was pretty let down by the whole thing.
Mini tags holder rings purchase
I bought some mini tag holder rings and had a problem with them. When I called customer service last Wednesday, they were so helpful and friendly. They fixed the issue right away and sent me a replacement with express shipping. I got the new rings on August 24th, just like they said. I really appreciate the great customer service they provided to solve the problem.
