    Sonic brush replacement

    I had a little problem with my sonic brush from this company - it stopped working after just 3 months. But I gotta give credit to their amazing customer service. I shot them an email about the issue, and within an hour, they got back to me and said they'd send me a new brush. The next day, the replacement showed up and I was back to using it hassle-free. I was really impressed with how quickly and smoothly they dealt with my problem. Their customer service is top-notch, no complaints at all.

    Organic nuts and dried fruits

    This company says they're all about sustainability and ethical practices, but let me tell you, their products are top-notch. I was so impressed by the freshness and flavour of the organic nuts and dried fruits I bought. It's not easy to find snacks that are good for you and tasty, but PRANA nails it. And the fact that they're a Canadian company that cares about ethical sourcing just adds to the whole snacking vibe. I'm definitely coming back for more, that's for sure.

    The store has this strange rule where you can't actually try on the shirt you want to buy. They only have sample sizes for you to try, but they are all stretched out from being tried on so many times. It's like, how are we supposed to know if the shirt will look good on us if we can't try it on properly? We were looking for a cool patterned shirt to go with some pants but couldn't even see if it matched before buying.

    Overall, just a weird policy.

    The staff were nice though, and after some convincing, they let me try on the shirt I wanted. And I love it!

    Silk dress

    The dress I picked up at that store was just gorgeous! The silk and embroidery were top quality, and everyone loved it when I wore it. The fit was perfect and it was wrapped up really nicely. The price was a bit steep, but I guess you get what you pay for in terms of quality. I was really pleased with my purchase overall.

    I just bought something from this company for the first time, and let me tell you, I was super impressed with how well they looked after me.     I had the worst time with this company's customer service recently. All I wanted was to update my address since I moved a while back, but it turned into a total nightmare. The reps didn't seem to know what they were doing, and kept passing me around without fixing anything. Waiting on the phone was the worst part, and the whole thing was just so annoying and took up so much time. I even tried to make a formal complaint, but that was just as hard as trying to update my address. This kind of incompetence shouldn't be okay, and it's just not right for a company to treat their customers so badly.

    These leggings are legit magical, eh? I wear them constantly and they still look good as new after 3 years. They're super tough, stretchy, and hold their shape like a pro. True story, I wiped out on my bike once and didn't get any bruises or cuts on my legs thanks to these leggings. I bet if I had been wearing any other pair, my skin would've been shredded, no doubt. These leggings are hands down my go-to faves, eh!

    I ordered a water tumbler on November 30th and got charged on December 1st, but I still haven't gotten my order. I've tried calling several times, left complaints online, and haven't gotten a good response.     Athletic shoes purchase

    So I got these athletic shoes from Peltz Shoes recently, and to be honest, I wasn't too happy with how things went down. When I got the shoes, I opened the package and found that the shoe box inside was totally wrecked. It seemed like someone had returned the shoes and then they just sent them along to me. And when I put them on, I realized that the right shoe felt way tighter than the left one, which makes me think these shoes had been returned before for the same reason. I was pretty bummed to find out that Peltz Shoes charges fees for restocking and shipping on returns without actually fixing the problem. It's worrying to think they might just put these shoes back on the shelf and send them out to the next customer. That's definitely not the kind of service I'd expect from a good shoe store.

    Bundle of 3 shoes

    I recently bought a bundle of 3 shoes from this company, and I gotta say, I was really let down by how the member credit system works now. It used to be way simpler and more logical to me. Before, the member credit would just automatically kick in once I hit the threshold at checkout, which was super easy to understand. But now, it feels like I have to bend over backwards just to get the discount I was promised. I have to bundle specific items together to use the credit, which is a real pain. On top of that, the monthly member credit keeps going up, which just makes it even more annoying to navigate. I really hope they rethink their current system because it's not very customer-friendly at all.
