First box from the company
I just bought something from this company for the first time, and let me tell you, I was super impressed with how well they looked after me. Even though I saw some bad reviews, I thought their customer service rocked. I had some questions about shipping, and they got back to me right away with all the details I needed. When my order got here in only 4 days, I saw that a couple small items were missing. But when I called them up, they sent out replacements right away, and they showed up the very next day.
Glass subscription box
As someone who's been part of the glass subscription box crew for more than a year now, I gotta say I've been blown away by how awesome the items are and all the cool extras they toss in. The glass stuff is top-notch, super well-made and sturdy, and it totally levels up my smoking sessions. Plus, the different accessories they throw in mix things up and make every new box feel like a sweet little gift each month.

As a big smoker, I always need to stock up on things like rolling papers, bowls, and bangers. I have a bunch of bongs, each for a different vibe. The artwork on the boxes is always dope, and I've been building up my collection for a while. It's cool to see what new stuff they'll throw in each month, and it's always top-notch. I've been a customer of this company for a while, and I gotta say, they have some really amazing products. I had a little hiccup with my delivery recently, but the customer service team was super quick to respond and fixed the problem right away. I've also noticed that my orders are showing up quicker each month, which is a big improvement in their service, eh?
Cool box, shipping issues, nice pieces
I was so pumped to get my order from that online store. I heard awesome stuff about their rad boxes and sweet pieces. But, man, my experience was a bit rough thanks to shipping problems. I had a bunch of issues with the delivery - my package got lost and I only found out later that they were out of stock of what I wanted. The pieces themselves are top-notch, but dang, the lack of communication and messed up shipping really let me down.
Subscription box purchase
I ordered my subscription box over a month ago and it still hasn't been shipped. I understand that delivery can sometimes be slow, but seriously, it shouldn't be taking this long. I found out about this company from a popular YouTuber and I was really looking forward to getting my box, but it seems like I might have to wait forever. Not impressed.
Bong, rolling papers, and filters
So I ordered a bong, rolling papers, and filters from this place. They told me it would arrive by a certain date, but it ended up being way late. When it finally got here, they sent me the wrong thing! Can you believe that? Like, come on, how do you mess that up? I was really not happy. But then this guy Peter emailed me and sorted it all out. He didn't make it a big hassle, which was nice. Because of Peter, I'm bumping up my rating to 4 stars!
