    Two pairs of shoes

    I just bought some stuff from this store for the first time and I gotta say, I'm super happy with how it all went down. At first, I was a bit unsure but I went for it anyways since they had the best deal on the shoes I wanted. I ended up getting two pairs and they showed up pretty quickly. And guess what? They both fit like a glove and are so comfy, my feet are loving it. So yeah, I can definitely say I'm a satisfied customer now.

    I bought a pair of Rockport Slides that ended up being too small and tight. I contacted Peltz Shoes to exchange them for a bigger size, but I've had a really bad experience. I returned them with the label they gave me, but I haven't heard anything back or gotten my money back. It looks like I'm not the only one dealing with this problem based on the reviews I've seen. It's really disappointing to see a company treating their customers this way. Be careful of possible scams and rip-offs if you're shopping at this store.

    I was so disappointed with how things went down when I tried to return something at that store. Their return policy is super strict, and it felt like an eternity before they finally sorted things out and gave me my money back. I had to go through Paypal to get my refund, and let me tell you, it took a painfully long 6 weeks for it to show up. Now I'm really not interested in using their services again. If I spot their name on a product while browsing on Amazon, you can bet I'll be avoiding it like the plague.

    Shoes with incorrect color

    I bought shoes not too long ago, but I was bummed out because I got the wrong color. I reached out to customer service a couple of times, and they said they'd email me a return label, but it never came. I felt annoyed and disappointed with how they just left me hanging like that.

    Two pair of shoes, discount issue

    I recently bought two pairs of shoes from this store and had a frustrating experience with their discount policy. At first, they gave me a discount for being a new customer, which I was happy about. But then, they cancelled one of the items I ordered because it was out of stock. When I got my refund, I saw that they took away part of the discount I got before. I thought this was unfair because the discount was supposed to apply to the whole order, not just one item. I tried to talk to their customer service team through a bunch of emails, but they didn't really fix the problem. I was disappointed by their lack of transparency and effort to make things right, and it made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer.

    My cancelled order

    I ended up cancelling my order with this store right after I placed it, but then they told me it had already been shipped. Even though they created a label a few hours later, they said it was sent through a courier and would take another nine days to get to me, even though we're so close by. I really believe in honesty when it comes to businesses, so I won't be shopping at this store again.

    Athletic shoes purchase

    So I got these athletic shoes from Peltz Shoes recently, and to be honest, I wasn't too happy with how things went down. When I got the shoes, I opened the package and found that the shoe box inside was totally wrecked. It seemed like someone had returned the shoes and then they just sent them along to me. And when I put them on, I realized that the right shoe felt way tighter than the left one, which makes me think these shoes had been returned before for the same reason. I was pretty bummed to find out that Peltz Shoes charges fees for restocking and shipping on returns without actually fixing the problem. It's worrying to think they might just put these shoes back on the shelf and send them out to the next customer. That's definitely not the kind of service I'd expect from a good shoe store.

    So I ordered some shoes off the Peltz Shoes website not too long ago. The prices and selection were pretty sweet, but man, did I run into some issues with processing, shipping, and customer service. I put in my order on January 15th, 2022, but never got that confirmation email. Tried reaching out to them in every way possible - online form, chat, phone, email - but got no reply. Ended up having to start a PayPal dispute just to get my money back. Only after that did I finally hear back from customer service, with them apologizing and giving me my order info. Finally got the shoes, but gotta say, the whole thing was a letdown.

    Shoes for returning

    I recently bought a pair of shoes from the store, but they didn't fit so I wanted to return them. I tried to fill out the online form for a return slip like they said, but the system kept saying my order number wasn't real. I tried calling customer service multiple times, but I just kept getting put on hold or disconnected without talking to anyone. I also sent two emails, but got no reply. On top of all that, the printer for the return slip seemed to be running out of ink, so it was hard to read the numbers properly. This whole situation has been really frustrating and disappointing, I'm not happy with the customer service at all.
