online orders
I've never had any problems ordering online from this store, and I hope it stays that way. I always check out the reviews before buying something, and everything has been a perfect fit so far. I've definitely seen an upgrade in the quality of the stuff I've gotten, and I have to confess, I'm kind of hooked on shopping here right now. Although, I do think some things can be a bit pricey at times.
Recent clothing purchase
I recently bought some stuff from this company and honestly, it was a pretty good experience. Shopping was easy peasy and they had a very nice variety of clothes to choose from. The return policy was okay, but a bit confusing to figure out at first. I did manage to sort it out after a bit of work though. I've shopped here a few times before and I've always been happy with what I got.
My new shoes
So, like, I got these super cool shoes at the Garage and they are amazing! I wore them to school the next day and all my friends were so obsessed with them. They're really comfortable and make me feel like a total boss babe. The colors are so pretty and they go with all my outfits. I can't wait to wear them everywhere I go!
Seamless collection
The Garage has some really cute stuff, especially in their seamless collection. I really love their tops and bottoms, they fit perfectly and are so comfy. I would definitely suggest taking a look at what they have. But, I have to admit, some of their prices are a little steep for what you're getting.

Pick-up in-store orders
I had a really crappy experience with customer service at this store. I had issues before with getting refunds late, but I thought I'd try again with some in-store pick-up orders. When I called to ask about my order, the person on the phone said I was lying and then just hung up on me when I tried to show proof. That's not cool at all, and I won't be giving my business to a company that treats their customers like that.

I've seen other people complain about the same thing, so this isn't just a one-time mistake - it seems like a common thing for them. I would recommend avoiding this company!

When I chatted with them, they just told me to bring the item to a store or send it back. But there's no store in my province, so any return or replacement would be on my dime. It's annoying to not get any compensation or help for a product that came damaged from their error. As someone who works in e-commerce, I think it's unacceptable to treat customers like this. Other companies usually offer solutions like exchanging for a new product, discounted shipping, or a future discount to make sure customers are happy and keep coming back. I'm really disappointed with how they handled this, and now I see their brand in a different light.

Gift card purchase issue
I had the absolute worst time trying to buy a gift card from this store. I ordered it online, but UPS messed up and didn't deliver it. They left a note saying it was at a certain spot for me to pick up, but when I got there, the gift card was nowhere to be seen. I got in touch with UPS and the store, but neither of them wanted to own up to the mistake or help me out. So, I had to buy the gift card again while I wait for a refund, which still hasn't come through.

Can you believe it, eh? I tried to return my jacket and jeans, but those guys are totally ghosting me when it comes to my emails. I thought it would be a piece of cake to send things back if they didn't fit, but nope, not with these people. I don't even know why I bothered ordering from them in the first place. Can you even leave zero stars for them, eh?
Incorrect address issue
I had a frustrating experience with this company when I made a mistake with my billing and shipping addresses for an order. I contacted customer service right away to fix the error, but they were not helpful at all. They wouldn't change the address, so my order went to the wrong place. It's disappointing to see that they are not willing to be flexible or find solutions for their customers. It really shows a lack of good customer service.
