Incorrect address issue
I had a frustrating experience with this company when I made a mistake with my billing and shipping addresses for an order. I contacted customer service right away to fix the error, but they were not helpful at all. They wouldn't change the address, so my order went to the wrong place. It's disappointing to see that they are not willing to be flexible or find solutions for their customers. It really shows a lack of good customer service.

I got some school clothes from this store, eh, and let me tell ya, it takes forever to get your stuff! Even with schools workin' with them, it still takes weeks for the orders to show up. I mean, I been waitin' for 12 days now and haven't heard anything. I kinda wish my school used Land's End instead, they're way faster!

So I bought a train ticket online, but then I had to change the date of my travel. They wanted to charge me more to change the date than what the ticket cost in the first place! Like seriously, why does it cost $10 just to change the date when I already paid for the ticket? Such a rip-off, I tell you.

Ghost concealment shirt XL purchase
I recently bought a Ghost concealment shirt in size XL from the store. But when I got it and tried it on, it was way smaller than I thought, hardly any stretch to it. The shirt barely covered my bellybutton, couldn't fit the armor as planned. Emailed customer service right away for a replacement, thinking maybe I got a dud. But my request got shot down, so disappointed and frustrated with the whole thing. Ended up having to get my credit card company involved and opened a dispute to get it sorted out. Left a bad taste in my mouth, wouldn't count on that 10-day return window being honored by the store, just a heads up for others.

Baby hamper and two skincare hampers
I bought some gift baskets for my buddy's baby and some skincare ones for myself. They were all really nice. The baby gift basket had adorable stuff and the skincare ones smell amazing. I was disappointed that my free gift wasn't included, but Carol from Customer Service was quick to resolve the issue for me. The products are fantastic and the service is great.
