Pelican Voyager case for Samsung S23 Ultra
I love my new Pelican Voyager case for my Samsung S23 Ultra, but I was bummed when the holster broke after only a month. However, when I reached out and filed a warranty claim with Case-Mate, they quickly sent me a replacement case with a new holster within a week. Their customer service was top-notch and I was really impressed with how they handled everything. Big shoutout to them for their quick and efficient help! Can't thank them enough for resolving the problem so smoothly. Great job, guys!
waterfall case
I just got a waterfall case from this company, and I gotta say, the quality is top-notch. Some reviews said otherwise, but I found it to be really good at protecting my phone and lasting a long time. The only problem was there was a big air bubble in the case, so I asked for a new one, but it had the same issue. It's a bit disappointing, but I'm sure they'll send me a replacement quick. I might have to try a different case from them next time.
Waterfall case purchase
I bought this waterfall case from the store about a year ago. And then, after a while, I saw that the water was leaking out slowly. So, I called the customer service team to ask about the warranty. The person I talked to was really nice and let me pick a new case for free. I got the replacement quickly and it's really beautiful. I'm so happy with how easy the warranty process was and how good the product is.
Two high quality, clear, and sturdy cases
These cases are amazing! The quality is so good and they look super clear while also giving great protection. I really love how sturdy these cases are while still looking sleek and clear. The design is nice and simple but also stylish, perfect for someone who wants to show off their phone but still keep it safe. I'm really happy with my purchase, overall.
Cell phone case
I bought a phone case from this company and it was such a pain. The website didn't work right with the discount codes, so I had to pay full price when I thought I was getting a deal. Trying to reach customer service was a total nightmare - it was so hard to talk to someone. All in all, not worth the hassle.
Overpriced phone cases
So, I bought a phone case from this company and boy, was it a nightmare. I waited for days but there was no shipping information, only to find out that my order hadn't even been processed. When I tried to reach out to their customer service to cancel, my email got no response and the phone number didn't even work. It's crazy that they can't provide faster shipping, especially when you can get the same cases for less on Amazon with prime shipping. And on top of that, they send you to some random SHOP website just to check your shipping information - absolutely not acceptable. I'm never wasting my money on this company again.
My cool protectors
OMG I ordered these cool phone cases and they came really quickly! The cases look amazing and they seem to do a great job of protecting my phone. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends!
New phone case
My phone fell and broke, eh? But this company was so quick to respond and send me a new case, eh. The customer service was amazing, and I had my new case in just 2 weeks, eh.
Phone case
I bought a phone case from this store not too long ago and I gotta say, I'm really not happy with how it turned out. The case started falling apart after just a few months. Even though it was supposed to protect against shocks, my phone screen got cracked from a small drop. On top of that, the case started turning yellow fast and the silver on the buttons rubbed off, making it look super cheap and badly made.

I've tried buying phone cases from different companies before, but I've always been let down by how long it takes for them to ship and how slow they are at responding to customer service questions. It's really annoying not knowing what's going on with my order or getting a quick answer to my questions. It's made me feel unsure about ordering phone cases online.
Two clear phone cases turned color
I bought two clear phone cases from this company, eh, and both of them have changed color on me. Even though the products supposedly have a lifetime warranty, I haven't been able to talk to a real person about this issue. It's pretty disappointing to see the cases lose their quality so fast and not be able to get any customer service help to fix the problem.
Clear Signature case for my 8 Pro
I was drawn in by the nice look and the promise of keeping my phone safe, but man, my experience was not great. I got the Clear Signature case for my 8 Pro, hoping it would keep my phone safe. But, after dropping it from just a couple feet, the back of my phone was totally wrecked. The case didn't do anything to stop the damage, and now I'm really let down. It's too bad the product didn't live up to its promise of protection.
Phone case
I really wish I had read those reviews before I bought a phone case from this company. The case I got ended up cracking from just a small drop, and I was pretty bummed out about it. I thought that since the case was being sold on Google Store, it would be good quality. But man, was I wrong. When I reached out to them about their warranty, they told me I'd have to fork out cash for a replacement and pay for shipping, which seemed kind of ridiculous. They even tried to make it seem like they were doing me a favor by offering to cover the costs if I paid upfront as a "one time deal", which was super annoying. I wouldn't recommend getting a phone case from this company at all, the quality and customer service just ain't cutting it.
Discolored case, poor customer service, misleading information
I can't believe what happened with this company. I've been a loyal customer for a while, but now I feel really disappointed. The case I got is all discolored in different spots, even though it's pretty new still. When I contacted their customer service, it was like talking to a brick wall. I had to keep repeating myself, and they just couldn't get what I was saying. It was so frustrating to always be misunderstood and sometimes even ignored. I expected more from a company that has a good reputation. I paid a lot for the case, only to be told that I couldn't exchange it for the right size for my phone. And they only offered a partial voucher, which is just silly. On top of that, they wouldn't even pay for the shipping for the replacement case. I feel let down and like I wasted my money. This whole thing has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I definitely won't shop here again.
Screen protector
I recently bought a screen protector online and it turned out to be a disappointment. It looked good at first, but it ended up tearing apart quickly. Since it had a lifetime warranty, I went to the website to get a replacement. The process was easy, but the result made me unsure. They gave me a discount coupon to get the new product, which seemed fair. However, I was shocked to find out I had to pay for the shipping, which cost almost as much as the product. The shipping fee felt too high, especially for such a cheap item.
Lens protector for iPhone
I recently bought a lens protector for my brand new iPhone from a store. It was supposed to be really good quality and protect my rear camera lens from getting scratched or cracked. But honestly, it didn't live up to the hype. After just a few weeks, the protector ended up all cracked even though I was really careful with it. I was so bummed out by how bad the quality was because it wasn't any better than those super cheap protectors you can find on eBay.

Don't bother trying to buy anything from that company, eh. I tried to get a phone case and it was a complete disaster. Their customer service sucks, and they don't even have replacement parts, which is just dumb. I wasted an hour on their automated system and got nowhere. If they were closer, I would have chucked my phone through their window, for sure.
