Great online booking process
The online booking was a breeze, like super easy! But when I had to locate the bus stop in Cluses, it was a bit of a challenge, like searching for a needle in a haystack. It was really quiet and I was unsure if it was actually a real bus stop. But besides that, everything went really well!
Review about: Case Mate
Discolored case, poor customer service, misleading information
I can't believe what happened with this company. I've been a loyal customer for a while, but now I feel really disappointed. The case I got is all discolored in different spots, even though it's pretty new still. When I contacted their customer service, it was like talking to a brick wall. I had to keep repeating myself, and they just couldn't get what I was saying. It was so frustrating to always be misunderstood and sometimes even ignored. I expected more from a company that has a good reputation. I paid a lot for the case, only to be told that I couldn't exchange it for the right size for my phone. And they only offered a partial voucher, which is just silly. On top of that, they wouldn't even pay for the shipping for the replacement case. I feel let down and like I wasted my money. This whole thing has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I definitely won't shop here again.
