Overpriced phone cases
So, I bought a phone case from this company and boy, was it a nightmare. I waited for days but there was no shipping information, only to find out that my order hadn't even been processed. When I tried to reach out to their customer service to cancel, my email got no response and the phone number didn't even work. It's crazy that they can't provide faster shipping, especially when you can get the same cases for less on Amazon with prime shipping. And on top of that, they send you to some random SHOP website just to check your shipping information - absolutely not acceptable. I'm never wasting my money on this company again.
