    Shoes ordered

    I bought a pair of shoes from this store and everything went smoothly. But then I got an email saying there was a system error and my order couldn't be delivered. After that, I didn't hear anything back. I sent an email but didn't get a response. I tried calling them, but even after a week, the issue was not fixed. The error kept happening. In the end, I had to cancel my order and get my money back. Because of the lack of communication, I'm giving this store 3 stars. I'll be shopping somewhere else next time.

    I'm really happy with how quickly and professionally my order was processed. They were able to ship it out on the same day I placed the order, so I should have it by next Tuesday. It's clear that the company really cares about providing top-notch service to their customers. I'm so grateful for the great experience!

    Custom locket purchase

    After a really terrible customer service experience with a locket I ordered for my mom, I was so mad that I gave this company just one star. But then, after I posted my review, one of the owners actually reached out to me personally to fix things. Erica, the owner, took the time to listen to me, get why the locket was messed up, and fix the situation with some real care and attention. It was nice to talk to someone who actually knew what they were talking about. Thanks for turning things around for me!

    Bed frame order with cancellation issue

    As someone who shops at this store often, I've had great experiences with my purchases in the past. But my recent order for a bed frame turned out to be a letdown. When I found out the delivery would be delayed, I quickly tried to cancel the order. Even though I spoke to a rep who said it should be no problem to cancel, my order wasn't actually cancelled the next day. Now I'm stuck waiting for something I don't even need, and to top it off, I have to pay for the return shipping that was supposed to be free. This whole situation has left me feeling disappointed and unsure if I want to shop here again.

    Easter fruit arrangement for daughter and son-in-law

    I got an Easter fruit arrangement for my daughter and son-in-law, since it was their first Easter together as a married couple and my daughter's first Easter away from home. I was so upset when I got a notification saying that the arrangement was delivered, but it was nowhere to be seen. After talking to Megan, she said that the Uber driver probably took it for himself and they couldn't contact him. I was shocked by the lack of responsibility and that there was no way to make sure my order was delivered. To top it off, I later found out that the nuts I paid for weren't in the arrangement. I asked for compensation for this mix-up, but they said the manager, Jacob, wasn't available to deal with it right away. I'm still waiting for Jacob to get in touch and fix this whole thing.
