    Return request issue clarification

    I was totally shocked at how unprofessional and incompetent the customer service folks were at this company. All I was trying to do was get a simple answer about returning something, but instead they were rude and talked down to me. The chat box just vanished out of nowhere, and when I called, the person on the phone just hung up on me instead of transferring me to someone who could actually help. And the supervisors were no better - they flat out refused to connect me with someone who could deal with my issue. It was so frustrating and disappointing to be treated so badly when I didn't do anything wrong. I'm definitely going to think long and hard before buying anything from this company again.

    My experience with the company was really disappointing. I got a damaged item, so I reached out to customer service right away to ask for a replacement part and a price adjustment. Even though I sent emails and talked to someone on the phone, I was told it was too late to help me. I was pretty frustrated and felt like they didn't really care about my concerns. The company didn't follow up or communicate well, which left me feeling unsatisfied and disappointed. Because of that, I won't be buying anything from them again.

I'm really bummed out by their lack of responsibility and bad customer service, so I won't be shopping there anymore, eh.

    I can't believe I had to pay for return shipping on a defective product! Like, who does that, eh? I've never come across such a crazy policy before. It's totally unfair to make customers pay to send back something that's broken. Wayfair should definitely own up to their mistakes and take care of this.

    Accent chair purchase

    I ordered an accent chair for $78 and they said it would come the next day. But then 2 days go by and I get an email saying my order got canceled because of some processing problem. When I called to ask about it, they told me to reorder it for $407! I'm really upset about this, it's not fair at all.

    Gazebo purchase

    So, I dropped some serious cash on a fancy gazebo, worth like over 1800 bucks. The order process was pretty smooth, and I was pumped for my new outdoor hangout spot to show up. But man, the shipping was a real mess. Supposed to be 4 boxes, but I only got 3. Called customer service a bunch of times, but they still can't find the last box. It's frustrating, they're not keeping me in the loop. They said they'd send a replacement, but it hasn't shown up yet, even though the other boxes got here over a week ago. They even suggested I open all 4 boxes and count everything myself - like, come on, that's a lot of work for something this expensive with so many pieces to put together. Dealing with this has really taken away from my enjoyment of the product and the whole shopping experience.

    New home purchase

    I recently bought some stuff for my new place, but ran into a problem with the shipping address. Turns out I accidentally used my old address, and only noticed it when I got an email saying the stuff had already been sent. So, I called up Wayfair's customer service to fix it. But, they weren't much help and said it was too late to do anything about it. I thought it was pretty lame that they didn't even try to help, especially since it seemed like a simple solution - just ask the shipping company to change the address. Luckily, Fedex was more helpful and at least tried to assist me.

    Lazyboy recliners

    I just bought some new recliners from this store and I have to say, it was a letdown. Both of them were damaged when they arrived, which made the whole process of getting them replaced really stressful. I had to call customer service multiple times to sort everything out, and it took way longer than it should have.

    Even when I finally got the replacements, they weren't up to snuff. The sofa had tears and rips in it, and one of the seats was tilted and made this annoying creaking noise. And to top it all off, the loveseat got damaged during shipping and had to be replaced too, making me wait another two weeks.

    All in all, it was a pretty terrible experience that has me thinking twice about shopping there again.

    Fridge Purchase

    I recently bought a fridge from this company and I am so disappointed with the whole experience. The prices are just way too high for what you get. Every time I think I found something good at a good price, there's always something wrong with it. Thought I finally got lucky with a great deal on a fridge, but then got an email a few days later saying it was discontinued because of a price mistake. When I called customer service, they said they hiked up the price because of their error. It made me miss out on other good deals too. I've given this company a few chances, but now I know they're not honest and can't be trusted. I'd tell you to steer clear of them for sure.

    I can't believe how shady this company is with their business practices. I ordered a dining table and they keep changing the arrival date. It feels like they're purposely delaying it so I reorder at a higher price. That's just sneaky and dishonest. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

    Return Issue

    I had a really bad experience with the customer service at this company. When I asked for contact info for the head office, they told me to send a letter in the mail. That just doesn't cut it in this day and age. And on top of that, when I called about a return problem, they never mentioned there would be a deduction from my refund. The person I talked to sounded like they didn't care at all, almost like a robot. When I pointed this out, they just hung up without even trying to help. It's pretty clear that this company doesn't care much about customer service, which is really disappointing.
