Delphine flats shoes in black
I got these shoes in black and I was really looking forward to wearing them. But after just wearing them twice outside, the bottom got all scratched up and the black started coming off to show a gross white material underneath. I phoned customer service and the woman I spoke to just dismissed me and said it's normal wear and tear, which I don't think is fair at all because I hardly wore them. I was really let down and now I don't think I'll ever buy from them again.

I just ordered a couple of pictures online for my dad's birthday, and I used an address that I've used before without any problems. But then I didn't get a shipping confirmation, so I contacted customer service. The person I talked to gave me short, snappy replies and put the blame on me, saying I used "United Kingdom" instead of "Northern Ireland." But if it worked before, why the sudden change? Why did it take them so long to figure out the problem? Couldn't they just do a quick Google search to fix the address issue? Seems like they're just too lazy to make their customers happy. I definitely won't be using their services again.

I recently bought a titanium ring with red rubies from your store. It took a long time to arrive, more than a month. The design was nice and matched the website description, but the stones were pink instead of red. They let me keep the original ring with the pink sapphires.<br><br>I chose a silver and white sapphire ring as a replacement, but it took another month to arrive. When I got it, I saw it was a bit too big for my finger. Despite these issues, I decided to keep both rings because they are really beautiful, flaws and all. I guess the problems I had are because the items are affordable.<br><br>In the end, I know that Italo Jewelry is not a scam, and the customer service team did their best to help me. But it seems like the quality and accuracy of the products might not be perfect because they're affordable.

I recently bought 2 sets of orders from your site, and they were supposed to come in one package. But, surprise surprise, the package got sent back by the company with no info at all. I had to reach out to the delivery folks to figure out what was going on. The lack of communication and clear info from your end is really bumming me out. I've been a fan of your stuff for a while, but now I'm feeling pretty peeved and let down. I can't even find a customer service number to call, and my emails are being ignored, which just adds to the frustration.
