Footwear with BOA closure system
I just got a pair of shoes with the BOA closure system and let me tell you, I am really impressed with it. The dials make it so easy to get the perfect fit, and the laces are strong but light. I was so pumped to give those new performance shoes a try with the BOA closure system, but man, what a hassle it was to order them. And when I tried to get a replacement, the customer service was totally unhelpful. Like, what a letdown, eh. I'm never, ever buying anything with the BOA system again, that's for sure.
