    USD transfer to a USD account in the PH

    My experience with the service was pretty good overall, everything went smoothly with quick and dependable transactions. But, one thing that bugged me was the unclear info about fees. I thought my first transfer would be free, but then I saw an extra fee on my bank statement. It was a letdown not knowing about this charge beforehand. It's super important for companies to be upfront about fees so customers can trust them and be happy. I recommend the company be more transparent about fees next time, so customers have a better experience.

    Edible Arrangements, misleading address, late delivery, stale fruit

    I recently ordered from Edible Arrangements and I gotta say, I was super disappointed with how everything went down. The staff gave me a call to tell me that they couldn't deliver my order because they said the address I gave didn't match what they had. It totally caught me off guard 'cause I made sure to write down the right address for them. Because of their mix-up, our order didn't arrive like it was supposed to. And to top it off, when they did finally reschedule the delivery for two days later, they insisted that we had to be home during a specific time range. But they didn't even stick to that and instead left the arrangement on our doorstep way later in the day. And when we finally got the fruit, it was definitely not fresh at all. It looked like it had been sitting out for at least two days. Overall, dealing with Edible Arrangements was so frustrating and I won't be using their services again.

    Fanatical has always come through with great prices and bundles compared to other places. I know I can rely on them for affordable game keys. Every time I shop with them, it's a great experience and I'm definitely a loyal Fanatical customer.

    Misleading subscription charge

    I signed up for a monthly subscription but got charged for a full year all at once. And it looks like lots of other people are having a hard time canceling their subscriptions too. This company seems pretty shady and I'm thinking about taking legal action. I don't like how they do business and I'm ready to stand up against them.

    Business account issues

    ShipStation really messed things up for us big time - no warning at all! We lost all our orders, history, and manual entries. They wouldn't charge our card or let us update our payment info, and refused to give us tracking info for past orders. Their customer service was no help at all, unresponsive. We ended up switching to a different shipping platform and we're way more satisfied with the service now.

    Chair part replacement

    I had a problem with a broken chair part, but totally forgot about my extended warranty. Luckily, the customer service team helped me out by finding my warranty number and sending me a replacement part right away. They even replied to all of my emails on the same day. It was a really positive experience all around.

    Shiny crystals earrings

    I ordered these super cute crystal earrings online and man, they took forever to get here. I even paid extra for some speedy delivery on a Friday, but then I get a note saying they wouldn't show up until Tuesday. Like, what? I've never had this kind of trouble with other online stores. Definitely not shopping here again. So useless and annoying!

    I had sent an email to customer service at first with some questions, but because of the time difference between the US and UK, I figured I should give them a call during UK office hours. I was happy to find out that I was connected to a call center in Scotland, and a lovely young woman helped me out with top-notch customer service. She really knew her stuff about the products and services, plus she was friendly and had a good sense of humour. It definitely made my interaction with them a pleasant one.

    Home Security System

    I recently decided to cancel my home security system, eh. I've been with them for years, but the cancellation process ended up being a real bummer. Even though I said I'd pay for an extra month, they cut off my service right away. They wouldn't even turn it back on or give me any kind of refund for the services I already paid for but didn't get. It was super frustrating and disappointing, and now I feel kinda ripped off as a loyal customer, you know?
