Favorite wedding ring
This ring is hands down my fave for everyday wear, especially as my go-to wedding ring. I've tried on a bunch of rings, but nothing beats this one when it comes to style and quality. The intricate design gives it a classy and trendy vibe that really makes it stand out. The simple grey colour makes it super versatile and easy to match with any outfit, so it's become a staple in my wardrobe. And not only does it look good, but it's practical too - perfect for wearing during workouts and comfy enough for all-day wear. Unlike some other rings, this one doesn't have that cheap imitation vibe of a real metal ring.

I just got these amazing earrings from the jewelry store, eh. Took a bit longer to arrive than I wanted, which was a bit annoying, but when they finally came, I was totally amazed by how gorgeous and well-made they were. Sapphire ring purchase
I just bought this gorgeous sapphire ring for my daughter's wedding from this seller. Let me tell you, it was even prettier in real life than it looked online! The price was really good, making it a great deal for such a high-quality piece. The delivery took a bit longer than expected, but it made it in time for the wedding. When I contacted customer service about the shipment, they were super nice and helpful. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely shop from this seller again.

I've been a happy customer of this jewelry company for a while now. Even though I've seen some bad reviews, my own experience has been great. I've bought a few rings from them and have loved the quality and design of each one. Just got the round tennis necklace and it's absolutely stunning - really shows off the company's skill and craftsmanship. It's obvious they put a lot of love and care into making pieces that people will treasure.
Mixed experience with items
I got a few things from this store, and even though two of them were really nice, one was a letdown. The gems on that piece looked all cloudy and fake, which was a bummer. When I tried to send it back, I found out I had to pay for shipping and would only get some of my money back because the item wasn't actually faulty, just not what I thought. Dealing with all that trouble for not much cash back just didn't seem worth it.
White sapphire tennis bracelet
I just bought a white sapphire tennis bracelet from this shop. It came pretty fast, which was nice. But when I got it, I saw that the clasp was a little loose. I got in touch with customer service, and they quickly sent me a new one. The replacement bracelet arrived this week, and it's just right. All in all, their customer service and product were great in my books.
Necklace and earring set
I was kinda freaking out at first because it took like a whole month for my package to finally show up. The last notice I got was on November 27th saying it was at the delivery company. After I sent a pretty harsh email, all of a sudden it said "out for delivery", but the date didn't budge. Eventually, it did arrive, but it felt like it took forever. Just a heads up, it might be around 3 weeks before your order gets to you.
Eternal sparkly ring
I just picked up this really shiny ring that sparkles like crazy, it's even better than my real diamonds! The workmanship is incredible and the attention to detail is impressive. The settings are way nicer than any other jeweler I've checked out. Just be careful to get the right size! I'm already thinking about getting more stuff from this place.
Titanium ring with red rubies
I recently bought a titanium ring with red rubies from your store. It took a long time to arrive, more than a month. The design was nice and matched the website description, but the stones were pink instead of red. I thought maybe I made a mistake by choosing a cheaper option, so I didn't complain about it.<br><br>After wearing the ring for a bit, I noticed my finger turning green, which made me think the metal might not be pure titanium as advertised, but maybe an alloy. I contacted your customer service team with some photos to show them, and they quickly offered me a silver ring with high-quality sterling silver, ensuring it was good. They let me keep the original ring with the pink sapphires.<br><br>I chose a silver and white sapphire ring as a replacement, but it took another month to arrive. When I got it, I saw it was a bit too big for my finger. Despite these issues, I decided to keep both rings because they are really beautiful, flaws and all. I guess the problems I had are because the items are affordable.<br><br>In the end, I know that Italo Jewelry is not a scam, and the customer service team did their best to help me. But it seems like the quality and accuracy of the products might not be perfect because they're affordable.
