Mixed experience with items
I got a few things from this store, and even though two of them were really nice, one was a letdown. The gems on that piece looked all cloudy and fake, which was a bummer. When I tried to send it back, I found out I had to pay for shipping and would only get some of my money back because the item wasn't actually faulty, just not what I thought. Dealing with all that trouble for not much cash back just didn't seem worth it.

Outdoor gear
I bought some outdoor gear recently and let me tell you - the customer service was pretty brutal. They said they'd give me a credit for a return, but nope, they never did. I didn't get the credit and I didn't get my money back either. So annoying. I sent the stuff back, expecting some kind of compensation, but nope, nothing.

Great value, fast shipping
I placed an order and it showed up in about two weeks, which was pretty good. I was so happy with what I got that I ended up making two more orders. Now I'm crossing my fingers that they come just as fast as the first one did. It's always a bit of a thrill getting packages from far away! Streaming service subscription
Eh, even though my internet is solid at 30Mbps and I have no issues streaming videos on YouTube, WWE Network, and NJPW World without pausing, FITE.TV is a different story. It's been kinda crappy. The videos keep buffering forever, messing up my viewing and making me refresh the browser constantly. The up-and-down streaming quality on FITE.TV is seriously bumming me out as a customer, to be honest.
