Wedding favors and decorations
I was really let down by my experience with this company. The stuff I got was nothing like what I saw in the pictures online. It was not good quality and some things were even damaged. When I talked to customer service about it, they were not helpful at all and didn't even try to fix things. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

Card account issues
Do not use this service, eh! I tried to open a card account and had a terrible time setting up bill payments through my bank. They lied in their ads, their customer service is useless, the promises from management were not kept, and they wanted to charge me a lot to close the account because of their mistakes. As the CEO of a respected company, I am shocked by how unprofessional and dishonest this service is. Keep your distance, eh!

I just got myself a suit and a dress shirt from Moores Clothing, and let me tell you, I was really impressed with the quality of their stuff. The fit was perfect, and you could tell they paid attention to all the little details in the stitching and fabric. The people working at the store really knew their stuff and helped me out a lot in finding the right outfit. I was also happy to see they had a great selection of styles and sizes for all kinds of people. All in all, my trip to Moores Clothing was fantastic, and I'll definitely be going back next time I need some new clothes.

But, ya know, the website takes way too much money from the tutors, so they should really lower the commission rate, eh. I mean, come on, 18% is a lot! Overall, the lesson was awesome, but they gotta fix that money stuff, ya know.

Long haul flight with terrible service
My family and I recently took a trip to Vietnam to visit my son. We chose to fly with this airline because everyone said they were the best. But let me tell you, it was a total nightmare! Our flight from Glasgow to Dubai was delayed and when we arrived in Dubai, it was complete chaos. Nobody knew where to go, the staff were so rude, and it took us over 20 hours to get a new boarding pass. We were exhausted, hungry, and so scared. By the time we finally made it to Hanoi, our luggage was in terrible condition - one bag was broken and missing a wheel, while the other one took forever to arrive. We almost missed my son's wedding because of the airline's incompetence. We will definitely never fly with them again, that's for sure!

So I ordered this new muffler part from SPELAB but turns out I got the wrong size! The folks at the muffler shop noticed and I was like oh no! But then I sent an email to SPELAB and they replied super quickly. They told me exactly what to do and on March 21, I shipped back the wrong part using FedEx. They even gave me a tracking number for the replacement part they're sending me. I'm excited to receive it and see if it fits this time!

Perpetual license purchase for Mindmanager-12 for Mac.
I just bought a permanent license for Mindmanager-12 for Mac, but then I found out that if I update my MAC OS to Venture, my software won't work with Mindmanager-12 anymore. So now I have to pay extra to upgrade. I contacted the company in Germany, but they didn't apologize for the problem, just pointed to the fine print of my permanent license.

As a Canadian customer, I was really looking forward to checking out this store for their cool clothes. But man, was I let down when I found out how pricey it would be to buy from Canada because of the exchange rate. I spent over $270 USD and all I got were some coupons for either free shipping at $12.99 or just 10% off. That's just not gonna cut it for us Canadians with all the extra costs we gotta deal with. I'll probably check out other apps like SHEIN or stick to local stores to avoid all the headache and letdown of dealing with the exchange rate.

2. So I went all out and got myself a brand spanking new phone, the Oneplus 12R. But let me tell you, the picture quality? A total letdown. It's like looking through a foggy window - so disappointing. And if that wasn't bad enough, when I called customer service to vent about it, they hit me with the 16th day rule instead of the 15th day. Talk about bad luck! The guy on the phone, Daniel, was about as helpful as a screen door on a submarine. When I asked to speak to his boss, Daniel shut me down, saying I'd just get the same runaround. What a joke! Definitely steer clear of these guys.
