When I reached out to customer service to get a replacement, they said no and told me I should have ordered extra just in case. I even offered to send back everything for a full refund, but they said no. I've called multiple times and every time they promised a supervisor would call me back, but that never happened. Their customer service is terrible, so I recommend avoiding this company.
