I recently bought a shirt from this company and it was not a good time, eh. First of all, there was no communication about my order. I tried contacting customer service many times, but got no reply. The customer service email I got was not helpful at all. Plus, I had a hard time leaving a review on their website, which just added to my frustration with the whole situation.

I suggest being careful when you sign up for a Beachbody subscription. The actual package might be good, but watch out for extra charges and the hassle of getting your money back. They didn't even say sorry for what they did wrong.
