Dresses, UK size 8, returned items
So I found this store and I gotta say, they have a really good variety of dresses. I wear a UK size 8 and their sizes seem to be spot on because the dresses fit me like a glove. I did have to send back a couple things, though, and it took a bit longer than expected to get my money back. But they sorted it out quick and even gave me a discount for my next purchase. All in all, the dresses are top-notch and the customer service is great.
Awesome dresses
Wow, the dresses at this store are always super cool and nice! I had a little issue with returning something, but as soon as I sent an email, it got sorted out quickly and now everything is great! I'm really looking forward to ordering from here again.
Refund process

I didn't have to bug them or keep checking in, which was a nice change from past experiences. Their customer service was really fast and efficient, and I was impressed.
Wide range of dresses, quality, customer service
I recently bought some clothes online from a store that's known for their great selection of dresses and quality. The whole experience was good, but there was a small issue with one item not being available. The customer service team did a great job handling it, they emailed me right away to explain and even refunded my delivery fee. Discount Code Issue
I had an awesome experience with Lavish Alice! I accidentally used a 10% discount code instead of the 20% code for my first purchase. I contacted customer service, explained what happened, and they quickly refunded me the extra 10% without any issues. Big shoutout to their team for dealing with my problem so well and providing such great customer service!

This company has got some serious customer service magic happening because I've never had such amazing service before. Samantha from customer service definitely deserves a gold star for being so helpful and quick to respond. I am seriously impressed and looking forward to getting my pre-order!
Excellent customer service experience
I just wanted to share about this awesome customer service I got from this company. So, basically, I messed up my email address when I was ordering something and didn't get a confirmation. I sent an email to their customer service team right away, and within five minutes, they fixed the problem by updating my email and sending me the confirmation again. I was really impressed by how quick and professional they were. Their fast help and willingness to fix my mistake so quickly totally went above and beyond what I expected.
Blazer purchase, order issue, quick refund, customer support, shipping concern
Hey there! So, I bought this really nice blazer from an online store not too long ago, but then I ran into a bit of a problem. My payment went through and everything, but for some reason, the order didn't go through on their end. Hey, so I might have gone a bit crazy and spent some extra money on stuff that was kinda too expensive, but man, the service was amazing! I made a big mistake and sent all my expensive stuff to the wrong place. I was freaking out, but luckily Tarek came to the rescue. He fixed everything, saved me money and stress. Recent dress purchase
I bought some dresses from the store the other day and oops, forgot to use a discount code when checking out. Realizing my mistake, I sent an email to customer service asking if they could still give me the discount. They replied super quick and were really nice about it. They not only fixed it for me but also gave me a refund for the amount of the discount. I'm really happy with how they handled it, it shows they're honest and care about their customers. Can't wait for my dresses to arrive and definitely will shop there again in the future.
