    I ordered this amazing makeup palette from a shop on November 24th, but I'm still waiting for it to arrive. It's been a total nightmare trying to reach their customer service - I haven't heard back from anyone. My package has been stuck in customs since December 9th, and no matter how many times I've tried to check on it, I've gotten no updates. Global E even said they would look into it because this service is not okay, but that was two weeks ago and I haven't heard anything since. I know I'm not the only one dealing with this problem - lots of other people are too. Needless to say, I'm really worried about whether I'll ever get my order.

    Two orders not received

    I'm really disappointed with how this company handles communication and customer service. I ordered two things back in January and it's already March, but I still haven't gotten any updates or my stuff. It's frustrating not knowing what's going on with my orders and not being able to reach anyone from the company. It's unacceptable that there's no phone number to call and they've been ignoring my emails. I definitely won't be buying from them again.

    Sound system with defective batteries

    I bought a sound system from this company back in 2019 and they threw in an extra battery for free. I hardly even used my sound system, but now that spare battery is acting up and won't charge. And guess what? It's past the warranty period so they want me to fork out for a new one, even though I never got to use it! Not impressed with their customer service or battery quality at all.

But I had a small problem when I got a faulty charger with the trimmer I bought for my husband.
