Ordered numbers in November
I ordered some stuff in November as gifts for my friends and family, but it's been two weeks and they still haven't been sent out. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service through messages and calls, but they've been no help at all. I don't know if I'll even receive my order, and I can't even cancel it to get my money back!

Pick-up in-store orders
I had a really crappy experience with customer service at this store. I had issues before with getting refunds late, but I thought I'd try again with some in-store pick-up orders. When I called to ask about my order, the person on the phone said I was lying and then just hung up on me when I tried to show proof. That's not cool at all, and I won't be giving my business to a company that treats their customers like that.

Silk pajama set purchase
The customer service at this store was amazing! I bought a silk pajama set not long ago, but it didn't quite fit me right. The staff helped me right away with returning it and getting a new set sent to me quickly. The quality of the product is excellent and I am really happy with what I got. Color quality exceeded expectations
I wasn't sure about ordering at first because of some bad experiences with other companies. It made me doubt if the quality and color would be any good. But I was actually really happy with how the color turned out and how awesome the canvas looked. The packaging was also really well done. Wall mural purchase
I just bought a wall mural from this company and I gotta say, I was really let down by the quality. After coming back from a trip, I opened up the package and the image was all blurry and pixelated, totally useless for what I needed. And even though the product clearly had a defect, the company wouldn't give me a refund because the 30-day return policy had passed. That's just not right - they should own up to their mistakes and take care of their customers. I really wouldn't recommend shopping with this company if you care about quality and good customer service.

I just switched to U.C. and they said they would take care of everything. But they only got it done 27 days before my old contract ended. So, I had to pay a $100 penalty. I'm pretty upset about it. Why didn't they make the switch smoother?

I popped into that store to pick up some shoes for my daughter, and let me tell you, the customer service was exceptional. The salesperson, named Ramses, was super helpful, patient, and really polite. Even though they didn't have my daughter's size in stock, he went out of his way to order them online for me. The young lady at the register who was also helping Ramses was just as great. Both employees were really professional and made my shopping trip a breeze. I'll definitely be returning to this store again.

I recently bought some clothes and accessories from this company. But, let me tell you, the whole thing was a huge disappointment. Their customer service seems to be non-existent since their voicemail boxes are always full. It's beyond frustrating and feels like I got scammed. The fact that my order went through without me confirming it makes me question if this company is even legit. It's a stressful and upsetting experience that I wouldn't want anyone else to go through. My advice? Stay away from this company. You could end up in the same boat as me, out of money and without your stuff.
