Travel/camera backpack purchase
After doing lots of research, I finally found a travel/camera backpack that totally blew me away. It doesn't just look good and hold all my stuff with ease, but it's also super durable. I'm seriously impressed with how well-made it is, like it's way better than I thought it would be. I'm really happy with my purchase and would totally suggest it to anyone else who needs a dependable and cool backpack for their travel and camera stuff.
Arclite sling bag
I gotta say, I was bummed out when I found out that the Arclite sling bag was sold out. But when I contacted Boundary Supply, I was actually pretty impressed with how quick and helpful they were in their response. They let me know when the bag would be back in stock and even promised to keep me updated. And true to their word, I got an email with info on how to pre-order the bag. Now, fast forward to today, and the Arclite sling bag has become one of my go-to bags, right after my Goruck Echo. The communication from Boundary Supply was really great, and the bag itself is just fantastic.
Prima System backpack
I bought the Prima System backpack back in 2018 and let me tell you, it has been an absolute game-changer. This backpack has been with me through my travels all over the globe, hiking adventures up mountains, and the daily grind of commuting to work. The organization inside the bag is spot on, with just enough compartments to keep everything in its place. After six years of hardcore use, the zipper on the side pocket finally called it quits. I reached out to their customer service and they were super helpful in getting it sorted out quickly. I definitely recommend this brand to anyone looking for a tough and dependable backpack.
Errant Pro X-Pack
I recently got my hands on the Errant Pro X-Pack after doing a ton of research. It was super popular and hard to find, but I lucked out and found one from a seller in Hong Kong who shipped it to me quickly. When I finally got the pack, I was stoked to start using it, but then I noticed one of the fid-lock clasps was wonky.
I reached out to customer service and they were on the ball with fixing the problem. Even though they didn't have any replacements in stock because of the backorders, they gave me a few options to sort things out. In the end, I bought a new fid-lock and installed it myself. To top it off, they surprised me by sending a free tech bag I had been eyeing as a goodwill gesture.
Despite the small hiccup, my overall experience with the customer service crew was awesome. They were quick to respond, helpful, and made sure I was happy with my purchase. The Errant Pro X-Pack itself is top-notch - super stylish and it totally met my expectations.Backpack purchase

The module design idea is amazing and so eco-friendly! You can really make your own custom bag instead of having to buy a bunch of different ones. The materials they use and the quality of the bag itself are seriously top-notch and eco-friendly, which is what totally sold me on buying it. When I compare it to other brands in the same price range, this product definitely stands out as the best. Arclite Sling Bag and accessories
I recently snagged an Arclite Sling Bag and some extras during a Black Friday deal. Surprisingly, it made its way to Thailand in just two weeks after I ordered it. I've been using the sling bag as my go-to backpack every day now, getting rid of my old one. However, I noticed that the aluminum closure hook got scratched up after just a week of use. It would be great if they make future models more resistant to scratches. Another thing I found inconvenient is the lack of a cup holder on the bag. I had to use a cup with a small handle and hook it onto the closure hook, which is a bit of a hassle when I need to take it off. Despite these small issues, I'm happy with the bag's quality and will definitely keep coming back as a customer.
Errant bag
I recently got the Errant bag and I gotta say, it's been even better than I expected. The hardware is really top quality and the design is not only stylish but super practical too. I use it every day for my commute and it fits all my stuff - tablet, laptop, battery pack, jacket, and more, with lots of extra space. The Errant is definitely a big upgrade from my old bag, the Prima System, which was a bit bulkier and more suited for travel or outdoor activities rather than daily use. I really like how the Errant is lightweight yet tough, making it perfect for everyday use.
Backpack purchase
I bought a backpack from this store not too long ago, eh, and lemme tell ya, I got some thoughts on it. When I first got it, I was all impressed with how well it was made and the design - seemed like it was exactly what I needed. But after just a few months of using it regularly, I started noticing some major wear and tear. The material started fraying, the seams were coming apart, and the straps were showing signs of wear. I was counting on this product to last longer, especially for the price I paid, so I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with how quickly it's falling apart, eh.
Prima and camera insert
I am absolutely blown away by how great the Prima bag and camera insert are! The whole system is just so practical and versatile, it really works for any situation. The bag itself is roomy and well thought-out, with tons of pockets to keep things organized. The camera insert gives me that extra layer of protection and storage for all my gear, fitting perfectly inside the bag. And those magnets! They really make opening and closing the bag super easy, adding that little touch of convenience to an already fantastic product. I used to have a McKinnon Nomatic bag, but honestly, it just doesn't compare to the Prima. I am so happy with this purchase and highly recommend it to anyone.
Comfortable pants with good wearability
The pant are super comfy and can be worn for anything. I've been wearing them for all sorts of stuff and they're holding up great. But, one of the pocket zippers already broke after just 4 months. Hopefully the warranty folks can fix it up quick.
Boundary stuff
OMG, I bought some Boundary stuff and it was amazing! The quality was top-notch and the customer service was fantastic. I got a couple of things that were supposed to go together, but it was really hard to put them together. So, I sent some pictures to Kailey, the customer service person, and she responded super quickly. She told me that one item was from a new line and the other was from an old line. She said, "We'll replace the old one for free so they match perfectly!" I couldn't believe it, but it was true! And this was like, two months after I bought them. The quality is great and the customer service is outstanding. I never thought companies cared about customers anymore, but Boundary is different. They are definitely breaking the mold.
