Airport parking reservation
This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had with a company. I booked airport parking through Way, but when I got there, they told me it was full. I couldn't believe it - I had a reservation! So, I tried booking another spot through Way, but the same thing happened. I ended up missing my flight because of this mess. When I contacted Way for a refund, they made it so hard. They kept asking for proof from the parking lot that it was full and that I didn't park there. It felt like they were just making excuses to not give me a refund. I'm still waiting for that refund. And of course, no compensation for missing my flight.
Quick and simple process
I really liked how simple it was to get around the website and buy what I wanted. It was all very clear and I didn't run into any problems at all.
Parking booking experience
I just wanted to share my experience of booking a parking spot through the platform. I had some trouble with the partnerships listed for the parking options. Turns out, some of the hotels listed didn't actually have partnerships with the company. This made things a bit inconvenient, and I had to search for alternative parking. On top of that, the confirmation email didn't come through right after I paid, which left me feeling confused and unsure.
False advertising and overcharging
Don't get tricked by those cheap prices you see online! They'll make you pay extra once you show up. Stay far away from them.
