Airport shuttle booking
After checking out a bunch of companies that do the same thing, I gotta say, this one really stands out for how detailed they are in planning when to pick me up and drop me off. They even used our flight info to figure out the best times, which took a load off my mind. And their customer service team was super friendly and really helped me out when I had a question about my booking. I shot them a message on their website and got a quick and useful reply. All in all, I'm super happy we went with this service.
Cruise port pick-up
The driver, Mia, was amazing! She did everything she could to make sure we were comfortable and safe on our way from the cruise port to the airport. Even though our flight got canceled, Mia stayed cool and made sure we got there with lots of time to spare. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole trip easy and fun. We will definitely use this service again next time.
Pick-up service for airport, 5-star
The service was amazing! The driver was really friendly and polite. They picked us up right on time and the car was really clean. When we arrived, they kept in touch with us and made us feel special. I would totally recommend this service to anyone who needs a ride from the airport. It was the best way to finish our trip, no stress at all.
Transfer booking experience
My experience booking a transfer was great, eh. The system was easy to use and simple, with clear info all the way through. I had no problems booking my transfer, eh, and I'm excited for a smooth service in September. I'll update my review after I get the service, eh.
Airport pickup experience
My recent airport pickup was not so good. The car was dirty and the driver didn't seem to know the area very well, just relying on his GPS. That led us to get stuck in traffic on a Saturday afternoon. Plus, at the end of the ride, the driver asked for a tip which wasn't cool.
O'Hare rides
My rides to and from O'Hare on April 19 and 21 were amazing! The drivers were right on time, super professional, nice, and easy to chat with. I'm definitely sold on using Shuttle Finder instead of Uber from now on, I just don't like using them.
