Car rental in Florida
I just rented a car when I was in Florida, and let me tell you, I had a really great experience with the company. The location where I got the car was super convenient, and the staff there knew their stuff and worked quickly. One thing that really impressed me was how they only charged for toll roads on the days the car actually went through, unlike some other companies that charge every day even if you only use it once or twice. That saved me some cash and I was really grateful for that. The car itself was nice and clean, and in good shape, which made my driving super smooth and stress-free. Overall, I'd totally recommend this car rental company to anyone heading to Florida.
Jeep Wrangler rental at Kauai airport
I recently rented a Jeep Wrangler from the airport location in Kauai for 10 days. I booked ahead of time and was able to take advantage of a lower rate when the price dropped. I chose the "Skip the Counter" option and easily selected a new vehicle. Check-in at the security gate was smooth with a bar code and my driver's license. I had no problems with the vehicle and the check-out and check-in process was quick. I've been renting from them for 4 years on both Maui and Kauai, and it's always a fast and simple experience.

I just rented a car from Alamo and it was a really good experience. Everything went smoothly, the prices were fair, and I liked that there were no extra charges for my partner to drive too. I had the most absurd experience at that place. When I went to pick up my car, they asked for all this unnecessary 'Security Information', like info about where I work. And get this, the manager actually called me a few days later to bug me about why I didn't want to give them that info. They said it was important because of the fancy car that costs £40,000. Like, seriously? Give me a break.

I had a really frustrating time at this car rental place the other day. I had reserved a car in advance, but when I got there, they didn't have any available. The workers blamed it on a busy week, but I thought it was unprofessional and a hassle. I had to ask for a refund, and luckily my bank helped me out right away. Just a heads up to everyone, make sure to be careful and double-check your booking to avoid this kind of mess in the future.

Oh man, what a nightmare! I rented a car and everything seemed all good, but after I returned it, they kept my deposit without any explanation. I had to bug them for over two months just to find out they claimed damages on the car. I sent them pics showing how the car was all good when I dropped it off early morning and left the key in the safe box. The so-called damages they said they found, like a 'ripped tire' and a 'dent', weren't even in the pics I sent. They said the car was in my care until their worker did the off hire process and inspection, but I couldn't stick around as I had to drop off the car early to catch my flight. And get this - they even emailed me saying the car was in 'good' condition when I returned it. What a joke! Total crooks, stay away from this place no matter what!

There was no one around to help us, no phone number to call, and the company didn't even try to contact us. We were stuck in the rental lobby feeling totally alone and annoyed. My experience with the rental car company was not great at all. When I got there, they gave me a dirty car with no gas and tried to convince me to pay double for a different vehicle than the one I had booked. It was super frustrating and wasted a lot of my time during my trip. I definitely recommend avoiding this company, especially in Valencia. The guy who helped me out, Alexandro, was not professional at all and was very dishonest, which really soured my whole experience.

I had a really bad time at this car rental spot. They charged me a crazy amount, $1,500, for what they said was just a "little scratch" on the car. I wanted to see some proof or reason for the high fee, but they couldn't give me any. It seemed like a scam, and I definitely won't be renting from them again.

Rental cars in Orlando
So I rented a car, right? When I went to get it, everything was good. They mentioned this option for tolls where they bill you later, which I thought was pretty convenient. But then I got my toll bill and it was only $16, but they hit me with a $15 charge just for using the service! I don't think that's right at all, and I couldn't even find an email to voice my frustration. Not impressed one bit!
