slick UI, quick filters, everything felt snappy and not cluttered. I could scan markets fast, set alerts, and the dashboard just made the whole workflow less clunky (saved me time, honestly). Then the awkward part: bet365 disappeared shortly after I paid. That sucked — support was pretty hands-off and I didn’t get a refund. So yeah, that’s a big flaw and felt misleading. Still, once I got past that, the tool itself works well. I started using it right away for other books I do have, and it still finds value — the odd suggestions and value scans are useful, the charting is easy to read, and switching between markets is smooth. Not perfect: pricey for sure, and losing the main book I wanted stung — they should’ve handled it better. If you rely on bet365 don’t risk it; but if you use several books, it’s a solid, time-saving product that I actually enjoy using.
