Serviceshe contacted FedEx, set up the in-transit return, and kept sending updates; I didn't have to chase them. That surprised me — I didn't expect much follow-through. It was fast, efficient and friendly, like talking to someone who gets it. Minor gripe: the system is too eager to ship, which caused the mess. Still, for my desk setup and daily WFH hours, they handled the slip-up and I feel fine ordering again.
