Customized Coasters
I found this awesome website called Evermine and just had to try it out. I ended up ordering some personalized coasters for my new apartment, as well as two gift orders for my friend's housewarming and my son's birthday. The whole process was super easy to navigate, and I was able to use my friend's picture and my son's artwork for the coasters, which made them really special and one-of-a-kind. Photo labels
I really like using Evermine for making my own custom labels. The only thing is, I wish there were more font styles to choose from. I've seen other websites that have this cool arced font that's made for the top and bottom of the labels, which really makes the center details, like photos and other important stuff, stand out. It would be awesome if they could add more options for labels with photos too. Oh, and while I'm not saying their prices are bad, it would be nice if they offered free shipping for orders over a certain amount, like a lot of other online shops do. Overall, I do like using Evermine, but I think they could definitely make some improvements when it comes to the styles of labels and fonts they offer.
order mix-up, great customer service
So, I ordered from Evermine and it got mixed up, which was a bummer since I needed it on the same day. Instead of the right item, they sent the wrong one. I didn't want to waste any time, so I reached out to their customer service right away for some help. I was pleasantly surprised by how efficiently they dealt with the issue. The person I talked to was really understanding and sorry for the mix-up. They quickly fixed everything by arranging for my correct items to be sent out via next day delivery. As a returning customer, I've always been happy with the ready-made designs. It's so handy to be able to tweak the text to suit my purposes. But, I could use some more help with creating my own labels. The order showed up really fast, especially considering it was the busy holiday season.
