Returns & RefundsI bought two pairs of Tencel/Merino joggers last spring. One of them got a rip that needed fixing, so I sent it back. But the repair job was not so great. Now, my daughter's pair is also starting to fall apart at the seams. I emailed them about it 5 days ago, but still no response. I'm pretty disappointed with the quality of the joggers and the customer service.
