Communicationdelivery was great and the rep was helpful on the phone, but the follow-through from the company needs work. I've seen worse elsewhere, honestly though.

CommunicationI phoned the company to tell them about the pills in the bottle we got for my wife. I was just trying to be helpful and make sure they knew, but I haven't heard anything back yet. I mean, seriously, at least give me an update or something! I wasn't even asking for free stuff, I just wanted to help.
