ServiceI bought two items online recently that I was pretty excited about. They seemed cool based on the description, so I was eager to get them within a certain timeframe. But when I reached out to customer service using the chat function on the website, I was pretty bummed out by the response I got. The person I chatted with seemed a bit annoyed by my question and didn't give me much help. They said standard shipping could take anywhere from 5 to 20 days, but I could pay extra for faster shipping. Despite this, my order showed up just two hours after our chat, which made me think that maybe the company doesn't have a good handle on their delivery process. I hope they can work on improving their customer service and communication to make things better for other customers in the future.
