Art investment for Boomers
My grandparents, who are 77 and 80 years old, were a bit hesitant about getting into art since they're getting up there in age. But they've been collecting art for a while now and wanted to start investing in some really cool pieces. The young folks at the company were so nice and helpful, especially Phil, the guy who knows all about the tech stuff and got them all set up with their account and banking info. They decided to start with $10,000 and ended up buying two awesome pieces of art. Now they can keep adding more money whenever they want to buy new paintings. It was super easy, the only tough part is waiting for the art to sell!
Investment in art
I had a chat the other day with a super helpful representative who really knew their stuff and gave me all the details I needed to figure out what to do. They explained everything really well and I liked how they were upfront about what could happen and what couldn't. After our chat, I made my first investment, and it was so easy. The steps to finish it up were laid out clearly and I had no trouble. I just picked the artwork I wanted to invest in, decided how much, and the company did the rest. They even mentioned that us investors might get to check out their spot in NYC someday, which I'm pretty excited about.
Art investment, diversification, returns, pressure
As someone who's been around the investment block a few times, I thought I'd mix things up and dive into the art investment scene. My time at Masterworks was awesome, and I'm excited to be part of this interesting market now. What really sells me on it is the potential for some pretty nice double-digit returns each year, which played a big part in my choice to put more money into it down the line. The only hitch for me was being pushed to invest up to 48K right out of the gate. Being a savvy investor, I like to mull things over and make choices without feeling like I have to act in a rush.

I just tried out the Art Portfolio Building Service and it was honestly the perfect way to kickstart my portfolio with some art pieces. They gave me all the info I needed on the pieces I was eyeing up, as well as how artists and art get rated and graded. The team was super quick to respond and always had answers to all my questions. The whole process of getting started was a breeze with their guidance, making it a pretty seamless experience. Working with pros who are all about art every day really reassured me that I'm on the right track with my portfolio decisions.
Talking with Erik and Ty
Erik and Ty were so awesome, and they answered all my questions which was great. They gave me tons of advice and made buying art a breeze. I can't wait to see how my new investments turn out!

The folks at Masterworks were amazing in helping me with my art investment. They knew their stuff, took their time, and made sure to answer all my questions completely. I gave them a call the next day with more questions, and once again, they were super helpful and flexible. I felt like they had my back the whole way and I really liked how professional they were.
Investment consultation and account setup
The folks over at Masterworks, especially Matt and Alanna, were so great and really took their time to help me out. Matt answered all my questions about my investment and made sure I was good with everything before moving forward. He didn't push me to invest more than I wanted to, which I really appreciated. Alanna helped me set up my account and walked me through each step, making sure I knew what was going on. She even showed me how to use my account and suggested I download the Masterworks app for easier access.
Investment guidance and assistance
When I first talked to the staff here, I was really impressed with how well they knew their stuff and how patient they were with me. Everyone I chatted with was super knowledgeable about investing and they took the time to go through all my options based on what I needed. They didn't just give me info, they walked me through my first investments step by step so I felt good about each choice. The whole thing went really smoothly and now I feel totally confident about the investments I've made.
Art investment purchase
Schedulin' and attendin' the onboarding interview was a bit tough at first 'cause of some calendar conflicts, but once we got that sorted out, everything went real smooth. My advisor was really on the ball and made sure to check in often to answer any questions or worries I had. Buyin' shares of art through the app was easy peasy, and the advisor and tech support team were real helpful in walkin' me through my first purchase.
Waiting for a review
So, like, I was waiting for a review for a few days, eh, and I didn't hear anything until I had to call them myself. Pretty annoying, you know? But once I gave them a ring, they sorted it out real quick. I just wish they had reached out to me first, you know? Other than that, everything else was great! Thanks, Masterworks!
Cool painting
I got this really awesome painting from here. This guy named Evan was so helpful, he explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything, and now I'm really happy with my purchase. I've been telling all my friends to come check out this place!
