Shoes for my daughter
I popped into that store to pick up some shoes for my daughter, and let me tell you, the customer service was exceptional. The salesperson, named Ramses, was super helpful, patient, and really polite. Even though they didn't have my daughter's size in stock, he went out of his way to order them online for me. The young lady at the register who was also helping Ramses was just as great. Both employees were really professional and made my shopping trip a breeze. I'll definitely be returning to this store again.
Kids shoes purchase
The service at this store was amazing, eh. Emily, the saleswoman, was so helpful and patient as I searched for the perfect pair of shoes for my little one. She really went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend checking out this store if you're looking for top-notch customer service.
Shoes refund issue
I got these shoes, right? But they didn't fit, so I had to send them back. When I finally got my cash back, it was actually less than what I paid in the first place! So I called customer service like three times, but they couldn't sort it out. It's like, come on, y'all gotta know what's going on over there. One of them tells me they're not giving back the tax, the other says shipping ain't included either. I crunched the numbers, and somethin' just ain't right. Basically, they're taking our money and running. I'll never be shopping at that place again.
Online order delay
I ordered something online and they said it would arrive in 3-5 business days. But it's been 8 days now and my order still hasn't even been sent out. I wanted to cancel, but they said no and told me I gotta wait for it to arrive, then haul myself to a store to get my money back. It's been pretty annoying and just a letdown overall.
Exchange process
I recently tried to exchange a pair of shoes I bought, but after waiting 8 weeks, I still haven't gotten my new shoes. I had to call customer service to give them the tracking number for the exchange, and even though they kept saying it was being processed, I found out 8 weeks later that it never actually happened and I got a refund instead. It's been super frustrating and a total waste of my time. I'm really let down by the customer service and won't be buying anything from there again.
Shoes online
I ordered shoes online and it took more than a month to get them. Customer service was so unhelpful and rude, had to wait for over an hour on hold just to ask a simple question. It was the worst experience ever, definitely don't recommend ordering from them!
$100 shoes
My $100 shoes got delivered to the wrong house and Journeys wouldn't even help me out! They just told me to deal with Fed Ex on my own and now I'm stuck waiting for their investigation. Journeys should have just replaced my shoes or given me a refund. Their customer service is absolute garbage! I swear, I'm never shopping with them again!
Apple Pay Order Issue
Tried to order online using Apple Pay but the payment didn't go through. My cart got emptied and I only received a pending charge notification without a confirmation email. When I contacted customer service, they admitted to having website issues and suggested using a debit or credit card instead. However, they were quite rude when explaining the authorization process. I won't be ordering from them again because I don't like pre-authorizations and not having control over my payment methods.
Sandals purchase
I recently ordered something online and got sent two different sizes even though both were supposed to be size 12. It took forever for them to send me a return label, and on top of that, I used a payment plan that charges me every two weeks. Not only did I not get my money back for the wrong sizes, but I got charged again for the items I didn't even want. The whole experience was just terrible.
New Shoes Ordered
So I ordered some new shoes from the store near my house and I was so excited to get them. The lady at the store helped me out and everything seemed fine. But then, the next day I get an email saying they cancelled my order! Can you believe that? I've been waiting for my refund for 3 whole weeks now and they still haven't given it to me. I'm so mad! I'm never buying from them again, that's for sure.
Two shoes ordered
I received a notification saying my shoes were delivered, but they never showed up! I even checked with my neighbors, but no luck. I contacted customer service, but they were not helpful at all. It's frustrating! I wouldn't recommend dealing with them.
Misleading delivery information
I recently ordered something from this company and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with the delivery info they gave me. The person I talked to said my order would be here before Christmas, but now I haven't heard anything about it or gotten any tracking details. When I reached out to customer service to ask about my order, they told me it wouldn't be here in time for Christmas. This whole lack of communication and wrong info has definitely not been a good shopping experience for me.
Mixed up order
I ordered from this store not long ago, and man, it was brutal. Got my package and guess what? Two left shoes, no right! Crazy mix-up, right? So I reached out to their customer service right away, thinking they'd sort it out. Nope. Just a bunch of slowpokes, no sense of urgency at all.
