This company is such a scam, eh. I tried out their service and got back a resume with so many spelling mistakes and words that didn't even make sense together, you know? It was obvious they just used some fancy AI to spit out the first draft, and what I ended up with was not at all what I shelled out my hard-earned money for. And don't even get me started on their customer service. When they bothered to reply, it was so obvious they were just reading off a script and were super rude. If you're serious about landing a job, steer clear of this company, no doubt about it.

I got the Ultimate Career Confidence kit about 3 weeks ago, but I haven't heard anything from them since. I tried reaching out for a refund, but it feels like no one is listening. If I acted like this at school, I'd definitely be in trouble. I might need to ask my parents to step in and help me out because it seems like no one else is taking me seriously.

I'm really disappointed with the service I got from this company. They kept giving excuses for not getting my resume draft to me on time. I had to send many emails and complaints before they even assigned a writer to me, and then that assignment disappeared when I raised concerns. The customer service wasn't helpful at all and seemed to be avoiding the real problems. I've decided to dispute the charges with my credit card company and won't be using this company again. I suggest you don't waste your money and time here, look for resume services somewhere else.

My experience with the writer was a bit disappointing, eh. I felt like they weren't quite able to get the tone I was looking for in my resume, especially with the tight deadline. When the 7 days were up, I was only about 80% happy with how my resume turned out, you know?
$300+ package purchase
I went ahead and got the package that cost over $300, it came with a resume, LinkedIn profile, and some other services. I've been using the stuff they gave me to apply for jobs for the last 6 months - going for positions at the same level I'm at, some higher, and some lower. I've sent out over 200 applications, but I've only gotten one interview. The person who wrote my materials was nice and quick to respond, but I can't really call this whole thing a success.
CV and LinkedIn optimization
I'm really upset with the company I hired to update my resume and LinkedIn profile. They said they'd have it done by March 24, but it wasn't finished until March 31! And when they finally did complete it, there were still mistakes. I had to constantly remind them to make corrections, and then they closed my file without checking with me first. They also refused to give me a refund, despite all the errors they made. It's so frustrating!

I gotta say, the customer service at this company was top-notch. The person I chatted with was super nice, professional, and always there to help with my questions and worries. But man, when it came to the resume writing service, things took a turn. I applied to so many jobs, like almost a hundred, and not a single call back came my way. It was a real letdown and got me doubting the quality of the resume they made for me. And don't even get me started on the Recruiter.com add on I bought. It was supposed to hook me up with job opportunities in my field, but all I got were sketchy offers from random recruiters trying to hire insurance agents. Honestly, it left me feeling pretty unsatisfied with how things turned out.

The service was alright, but nothing too special. They were able to shorten my resume to just two pages, which was fine, but not amazing. I was happy with the result, but wouldn't call it life-changing.
