I had to send many emails and complaints before they even assigned a writer to me, and then that assignment disappeared when I raised concerns. The customer service wasn't helpful at all and seemed to be avoiding the real problems. I've decided to dispute the charges with my credit card company and won't be using this company again. I suggest you don't waste your money and time here, look for resume services somewhere else.
