I got a six-bottle monthly subscription as a gift recently and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole thing. The website is easy to use, the quiz at the beginning was actually kind of fun, and they have a lot of choices to match any taste. The wines showed up right on time and they were wrapped up really nice, plus each bottle came with some helpful info. Even when I didn't love one of the wines, the customer service was great and reassured me they'd make changes for next time. Controller compatibility for crossplay
The controller compatibility for crossplay isn't great. If you play on console, you should turn off crossplay unless you have a scuff controller and are really good. Otherwise, it's just not fair and super hard to compete against all the PC players. Not cool, eh.

As a customer of the survival gear subscription box, I gotta say I was super happy with the stuff I got in each box. The items were top-notch and definitely worth the subscription price. Shirt exchange
I was so pumped when my order got here super fast and the prices were great. But then, my mood went downhill real quick when I saw that the shirt I got didn't fit right. Dealing with the whole exchange thing was a total pain - fork out cash for fancy tracked and insured shipping for a return from out of the country is just nuts. I'm crossing my fingers that they sort out my return quick, 'cause this whole mess has left a bad taste in my mouth.
