PDF editor
Honestly, the website is pretty cool and the user interface is nice too. It helps me with basic PDF tasks, but it doesn't have all the fancy features like OCR. I wish it had that because it would make my life easier. So, it's good for simple tasks, but not the greatest for fancier stuff.
Difficulty signing documents
I just bought this PDF editing software and let me tell you, it was a huge letdown. It's supposed to be easy to use, but I had so many problems just trying to sign a document. And on top of that, there was no one to help me with the technical stuff, making me feel like I threw my money away on a crappy product. I'd advise anyone looking for efficient and reliable document editing to stay away from this software.
Paid app update
So, I downloaded this app that I actually paid for, right? But now, they went and updated it so that I have to sign up to keep using it. Like, hello? I already dished out my hard-earned money, so why do I gotta hand over more of my info just to use it? Feels like they're trying to pull a fast one on us, you know? Now I gotta spend time finding a whole new app to use, which is just such a headache. Can't they just let us enjoy what we already paid for without all this sign-up nonsense?
Quick download, misleading promises
This software seems to offer so many cool features and functions, but once you start using it, things get complicated. The free version doesn't offer much, and they're always bugging you to buy the full version. Plus, it's a pain to uninstall the software if you decide it's not right for you.
Unexpected Yearly Payment
I was totally caught off guard when I saw a charge for an annual subscription to the service, all because I only used it once to send some photos as a PDF. There was no mention at all of a subscription or an annual fee when I was using the service. I have no idea how I somehow agreed to something that I didn’t even know about. It would have been a lot better if they had the subscription info laid out clearly before I used the service.

I've been using a Mac for 15 years now and I've always found that the Preview software that comes with it worked just fine for what I needed. Recently though, I needed some more advanced tools and features, so I started looking around for some software that had more to offer without breaking the bank. After doing some research, I finally found a program that had everything I needed.
Scanning software purchase
This scanning software is absolutely terrible, eh? It keeps crashing all the time, and the developer doesn't seem to care about fixing it. It's so frustrating to use, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone unless they have a lot of time to waste dealing with crashes and bugs, eh.
