Reliable VPN service
I'm so happy with the VPN service I got. Setting it up was easy-peasy and it worked perfectly right away. I love that I can make it start up with Windows and log in automatically to my dedicated IP address, it just makes everything so smooth. The speed has been amazing, no lag at all compared to my usual internet. I feel a lot safer and more private online with this VPN.
VPN service for streaming BBC
I recently got a VPN to watch BBC shows on my laptop. But right from the start, I had issues with it not working properly. I emailed tech support a bunch of times, but the problem didn't go away. It was so frustrating to have slow streaming, especially since I never had this problem with other VPNs. I tried to get a refund within the first 14 days like the company's policy says, but the account department didn't get back to me about it. It's really disappointing that they didn't follow their own policy, and now I'm not happy with how things turned out.

The VPN always blocks certain apps when I'm connected, so I have to keep disconnecting just to use them. It's really annoying and makes me wonder why I even bother with a VPN in the first place. It's super frustrating and not worth the trouble.

Cheap price, fast speed, and disappointing Linux support
CyberGhost VPN gives you the best deal if you go for a long subscription, but their Linux app is missing some important stuff like a user-friendly interface, killswitch, and auto-start when you restart your computer. Plus, the Wireguard connection doesn't even work on Ubuntu without giving you a heads up. If keeping safe on Linux is your main concern, there are definitely better choices available.

Most of the servers work like a charm, making browsing and streaming seamless. But, the UK servers have a tendency to disconnect at the worst times, which can be annoying. And the US servers are a bit slower than the ones in Europe, which is kind of a letdown. Despite those small issues, I'm pretty happy with the service overall.

Oh my goodness, I am so happy with my streaming setup now. At first, I didn't know I needed those servers for watching TV, but it's all good now. I can watch all my favorite shows without any issues. Yes!
Renewed subscription, paid twice
So, I ended up renewing my subscription for my favorite thing and accidentally paid twice. I reached out to tech support, and they were really helpful and passed along my information to the billing department. Afterwards, I received an email stating they would refund the extra money back to my credit card. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!
Lady of a certain age struggles with streaming but was helped out
As a woman of my age, I had a hard time at first with the service. But even after I figured it out, I ran into some problems with streaming. Luckily, the customer service folks helped me out and fixed it right away. I'm grateful for their support in making my experience better and easier.
