Photo frame gift
I just ordered a photo frame gift for my mother-in-law to remember her dog that passed away. When the frame arrived, the glass was broken. However, the customer service from Funky Pigeon was amazing! They quickly sent out a replacement, which arrived in perfect condition. The photos and frame quality were even better than we expected, and my mother-in-law loved the gift. Clothing and accessories
My recent visit to the store was so frustrating. I bought some clothes and accessories, but had to return and exchange them for stuff I couldn't find in the store. When I tried to exchange them, I was surprised to see that I had to pay more for the new items, even though I had the original Kohl's cash. Not only that, the customer service was really slow and unhelpful - they made me wait in line to buy the items again. It was such a waste of my time and left me so annoyed. And to top it all off, when I tried to follow up through chat, they told me I had to send an email instead. It was just adding insult to injury.
