I got my mom a really pretty birthday bouquet and it was amazing! The flowers were so colourful and smelled great. My mom absolutely loved it, she said it was the best gift ever. The customer service was super nice, they helped me choose the perfect bouquet for my mom. It was a bit pricey, but totally worth it for such beautiful flowers. The delivery was right on time and the bouquet came in perfect condition. All in all, I would definitely order from there again for another special occasion.

I have to admit, I was really disappointed with the bouquet I got for Mother's Day. The flowers did not look anything like the photo online - they were wilted and just sad. It felt like they just threw together some leftovers and called it a bouquet. And let's not even talk about the lack of different flowers! I spent a good amount of money on this and was expecting much better. I definitely won't be ordering from here again.

I was so disappointed with my latest purchase from that place. I got a bouquet of roses for our anniversary, thinking they would be fresh and gorgeous. But instead, what I got was a sad excuse for a bouquet - petals all wilted, edges turning brown, and just not fresh at all. It was so embarrassing to give my partner such a sad-looking bouquet on our special day. The Flower Factory really messed up this time.
