So, I ran into a big problem with this company's lack of customer service for folks living outside of the US. Even though I bought something from them back when I was in the US, now that I'm in Canada, they won't give me the replacement filters I need. Because of this, I've had to buy expensive filters from other sellers, and it's been super frustrating and inconvenient.

Don't bother spending your cash with this company, eh? I shelled out a bunch for an elliptical machine that crapped out on me three times in just two years. Even with the extended warranty, they wouldn't replace the darn thing and basically told me tough luck. Their customer service is a joke, eh. They wouldn't even bother sending a tech to put in the replacement parts, just left me to figure it out on my own. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else for your fitness gear, eh.

I used to be a big fan of the clothes from this store, but lately I've noticed that the quality and sizing have been going downhill, especially since the pandemic started. The styles and fabrics are still nice, and they often have awesome sales, which I really like. One thing I really appreciate is that they have pants in petite sizes, which can be hard to find at other stores. Even though the quality has been lacking, I have to say that the customer service has always been top-notch. Overall, I still think this company is pretty good, but they definitely need to work on improving the quality of their products.

I ordered a really expensive watch on March 17th and now it's already May 1st, but I still haven't gotten the watch or my money back. I've tried so many times to get in touch with the company, Suunto, but they've completely been ignoring me. Finally, I was able to chat with someone online, and they said they would escalate my issue to head office, but I haven't heard anything back yet. My husband's birthday already passed, and I'm still stuck trying to get this sorted out. It's really frustrating how they're not communicating and not caring about customer satisfaction.
