I just had the chance to go on the coolest camping trip with this company. The campsite was tucked away in a stunning, secluded spot with the most amazing views of nature. I was kinda bummed at first because the company wasn't keeping in touch with me. It took a whole week for me to finally get some email updates after I placed my order. Even though things didn't start off great, the jacket I got was way better than I thought it would be, and it came way quicker than I imagined. Sandals too narrow
I bought some sandals online and they fit my foot size just right, but the ankle straps are too narrow. They won't zip all the way up. I tried to ask for the return address following the instructions online, but after 9 days of emailing back and forth, they still won't give it to me. They even asked for pictures, details about my foot size, and measurements of my body (for sandals??). It's really frustrating. My ankles aren't even that chunky, but that doesn't seem to matter. Returning these sandals should be simple and easy. Just a heads up if you decide to shop here!
