My new clothes from Komily
I recently picked up a few awesome pieces of clothing from this store, but can you believe they actually rip off designs from other folks? It blew my mind when I noticed they can't even spell 'help' right on their website! That's a major red flag for me. Definitely not cool.
Online purchase experience
My experience with this online retailer was really disappointing. I bought something to get free shipping, but it took a crazy long two months for my order to finally show up. When I got my stuff, I was super upset to see they sent me the wrong size. I contacted customer service right away to ask for the right size, but they totally ignored me. Even though I reached out multiple times, my customer service request still hasn't been sorted out. So, I definitely recommend not ordering from this online retailer.
Blue and multicolored tie dye long sleeve shirts
I ordered these super cute tie dye long sleeve shirts from this website and I was so pumped to get them. But when they showed up, they were way too big! I looked at the size chart before ordering, and it said the measurements for a 2XL were way smaller than what I got. I tried to contact the company for help, but they were so rude and wouldn't even try to help. I was really let down by their customer service, and I won't be buying from them again.
Sandals too narrow
I bought some sandals online and they fit my foot size just right, but the ankle straps are too narrow. They won't zip all the way up. I tried to ask for the return address following the instructions online, but after 9 days of emailing back and forth, they still won't give it to me. They even asked for pictures, details about my foot size, and measurements of my body (for sandals??). It's really frustrating. My ankles aren't even that chunky, but that doesn't seem to matter. Returning these sandals should be simple and easy. Just a heads up if you decide to shop here!
Dress purchase
I bought a couple of dresses online recently and man, was I ever let down with the quality of what I got. The dresses were nothing like what I thought I was getting, they looked like two pieces but were actually just one. The fabric was thin and not worth the money I shelled out. My whole order was a bust and total waste of cash. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this site, seriously.
Dress
I was really looking forward to getting my dress from this store, but when I finally got it, I was super let down. The dress was not at all like the picture - it was made of some cheap spandex/polyester mix that felt awful and looked even worse. It's so annoying how all the good reviews seem so fake and probably written by the staff themselves. Don't waste your money here, go somewhere else for sure. This was a big disappointment.
Two items ordered in June 2021
I ordered two things last June 2021 but they never showed up. I had no idea what was going on with my order until I asked about it and found out it got lost. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare - they were no help and just confused me even more. Every time I asked for a refund, they tried to give me replacements or different items instead. Couldn't get through to them at all. When I finally asked for my money back, they said I missed the deadline. I've been trying to email them but just keep getting the same generic response that doesn't even answer my questions. It's been frustrating dealing with this nonsense for the past two years. I hoped they would fix things but they just keep being unhelpful and don't make any sense.
Unsatisfactory purchase
So, I bought some stuff from this clothing company and man, was I ever bummed out by the quality of it. The colors were way off from what I saw online, the sizes were all wonky, and the material and work on them was pretty garbage. Like, I ordered a t-shirt and it ended up being more like a crop top - not at all what I was expecting. I missed the 30-day return deadline by 9 days, but when I finally got a hold of customer service after some trouble, they were super helpful and got everything sorted out real quick and in a really nice way.
Recent dress purchase
It's been awesome dealing with this company. Their customer service is amazing, they got back to me right away when I had questions. And when my package got lost, they really helped me out. I'm looking forward to getting my dress, thanks a lot!
Floral print dress
This dress looked so amazing on the website, but man, when it showed up, I was so surprised. The material was like, super cheap, the sewing was all over the place, and the size was way off. I felt totally scammed by their false advertising. And then, to top it all off, when I tried to send it back for my money back, they wouldn't even give me a return slip and told me to just give it away to someone else. It was just so ridiculous!
Cute clothes
The threads I picked up from this place are so cute and fit me just right! I really appreciate how cozy they feel. The folks working there were awesome and my order came in really quick.
Clothing
I'm really happy with the clothes I ordered from this company. They're such good quality and they fit perfectly. The customer service was amazing too. I had a little problem with my order but when I contacted them, they were quick to help and fix it. For me, good customer service is just as important as the product.
Dress and sandals purchase
I bought a dress and sandals from this company not long ago. Unfortunately, the delivery folks just left the package at the entrance of my building and I never got it. The customer service was really not good because they said it was delivered fine and told me to contact the police. I had to take the matter higher up because they have to either give me my money back or send me new stuff when there are issues with deliveries. The customer service was so bad - they took forever to respond, kept asking for the same info, and didn't seem to know what they had to do.

I recently bought some clothes from an online store and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how it all turned out. The stuff I got looked just like it did in the pictures on the website. The quality was good and everything fit nicely. It made shopping online a breeze when the product descriptions and images were on point.
Disappointment with order
I made a mistake ordering from this website and it's been a total nightmare. I've been waiting for my package for 2 months, dealing with unhelpful customer service reps who couldn't even get my address right. Turns out, my package ended up in a whole different province! And now they want me to pay extra for shipping to get a refund. This is totally unacceptable and I'm not gonna let it slide. Don't bother ordering from this site, it's not worth the stress and aggravation.

It's clear that the good reviews are misleading because my experience matches the bad feedback from other customers. Cute clothes for school
OMG, I just need to talk about this online store where I got my school clothes from! It was, like, the *worst* situation ever! When I got my clothes, they were way too small. So I emailed customer service, and girl, it took them, like, ages to respond! And when they finally did, they wanted pics and my body measurements, like seriously?! Then they offered me, like, only 10% refund and said to keep the clothes because shipping is expensive. Um, what?! I had to start a PayPal dispute to get things figured out, and they asked me to cancel it so they could fix the issue. Like, are they serious?! I don't trust those 'good' reviews on their site at all, they seem so fake and sketchy. Don't even bother with this store, just stay away from it completely, like throw the whole store in the trash!
