Harmonica purchase
I ordered a musical instrument from this place and it was a total nightmare. Their tracking number was no good at all - couldn't even track my order properly. When I tried to email them, they never even bothered to reply. It felt like they just took my money and forgot about me. And when the harmonica finally arrived, their website didn't even update to show it was delivered. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. Yeah, their prices might be a bit lower, but it's not worth all the trouble. I'm done shopping here, never again.

I can't believe how quickly my order came all the way from overseas to Ontario, Canada! And get this, it even had customs clearance included - so cool! The stuff I ordered was all available and on top of that, the total price was way cheaper than if I bought it locally. Motoin is definitely now my go-to for buying motorcycle gear!

Personalized video messaging
The idea behind Cameo is really cool, but it didn't quite live up to my expectations. I was so pumped to try it out and make a special video message for someone I care about, but I was kinda let down by how basic the platform was. The character limit for instructions was way too short, and not being able to include any extra stuff or details made it a real challenge to get my message across the way I wanted. Because of this, the final video didn't turn out as awesome as I had hoped.

Milwaukee Packout purchase
I bought a Milwaukee Packout from this company because they were offering free shipping. But turns out, the "free shipping" meant they didn't need a signature for delivery. So my package got left on my doorstep and someone took it. When I tried to get help from the company, they weren't very helpful and basically said I was on my own. It's frustrating that they don't care about making sure their customers' orders are delivered safely.

Faulty product, terrible customer service
The stuff I got from this company is pretty lousy, especially those jugs which started leaking and making weird noises after barely any use. I tried talking to customer service about it, but they were no help at all - just gave me a hard time. Even though I spent a lot of money on a bunch of their stuff, they wouldn't stick to their warranty or fix the issue. Dealing with this company has been super annoying, and I'd warn others to think twice before buying from them.
