Customer service nightmare
It's Saturday and I've wasted almost 3 hours trying to fix a simple problem with no success! AT&T's automated system makes it so hard to talk to a real person. Out of 11 tries, I only got through to a live person three times, and then got transferred to someone else and left waiting in silence before getting cut off. I've been a loyal customer for years, but with their expensive prices and awful service, I'm really thinking about switching!

Stock trading experience
Honestly, this service has been a nightmare for me. First off, I've missed out on so many potential trades because the stocks I wanted were not available. And when I did try to make a trade, the processing time was excruciatingly slow, causing me to lose out on potential profits. Not being able to short a stock or place a simple stop order is just ridiculous. And don't even get me started on their cryptocurrency trading - way too expensive compared to other platforms. When I finally decided to withdraw my funds, they told me my bank account was a business account (which it's not, I'm just a regular customer) and that their system didn't support it - but funny enough, they had no problem taking my money from that very same account. Frustrating to say the least.

I like all the different stuff they have on this site, but man, the search function is a pain. It took me forever to narrow down my options and finally find what I wanted. When I did find it though, I was happy with the quality. Waiting 2-3 weeks for delivery isn't great, but I guess it's just how it goes with this platform. In the end, I'd say Wish has some good stuff, but it can be a headache trying to track it down and get it to your door.
