I wasn't sure at first about Bloomchic, but my recent order really blew me away. The package came this morning, a little beat up, but everything I ordered was safe and sound. The plus-sized clothes I got were top-notch quality and fit me perfectly - way better than I expected. It's not always easy to find stylish and comfy clothes in bigger sizes, but Bloomchic nailed it. Clothing order, pleasantly surprised
The clothes I got from my first order were fantastic! I wasn't expecting much since the prices were so low, but I was really impressed. Out of the 21 pieces I ordered, only 2 had lower quality fabric, but they were still nicely made and didn't look cheap. The rest of my order was made up of really nice items that you could easily find at a department store. I'm a fan now and will definitely be ordering from them again.

I was so excited about my first order from this place that I couldn't resist getting more stuff. And you know what? My second order was just as fantastic as the first one! The delivery time was much quicker this time - I received my items in just 10 days! One of the items was even a preorder, but that didn't delay anything. I've bought 15 tops from here now and I absolutely love all of them!
Comfy and flattering plus-size clothing
I really love the clothes I bought! They're so comfy and they make me look great. I feel like a supermodel when I wear them and people always compliment me. The sizes fit perfectly, and I love that everything has pockets. It's tough to find clothes that make me feel good as a plus-sized woman, but these do the trick. I'll definitely be buying from them again!

As a Canadian customer, I was really looking forward to checking out this store for their cool clothes. But man, was I let down when I found out how pricey it would be to buy from Canada because of the exchange rate. I spent over $270 USD and all I got were some coupons for either free shipping at $12.99 or just 10% off. That's just not gonna cut it for us Canadians with all the extra costs we gotta deal with. I'll probably check out other apps like SHEIN or stick to local stores to avoid all the headache and letdown of dealing with the exchange rate.
Dress purchase
I'm really bummed about my recent experience with customer service at this store. I bought a bunch of dresses, but oops, I accidentally ordered two of the same one. So I got in touch with their customer service team to sort it out and get a refund for the extra dress. But they were no help at all and didn't give me the right amount back. Even after showing them proof of the mistake, they were stubborn and kind of rude in their replies. Dealing with that unprofessionalism was super frustrating.
