Oh man, let me tell ya, Royal & Pure's tinctures are the real deal! I've tested out a few other brands, but nothing compares to the quality of these ones. It's like night and day. Older music sheets
I just bought some old music sheets that are hard to find these days. When I got my order, only 5 out of the 20 copies were there – no info on when the rest would come. It made getting ready for a performance tricky. But, a month later, the other 15 copies showed up, so I could finally get the music I needed. It's nice to have everything now, but a heads-up on when they were coming would've been really helpful.

Ya know, I'm pretty up there in age at 72 and not too tech-savvy. I was trying to figure out this thing on my computer called Dashlane, but man, it was just not happenin' for me. But then along comes Peter from customer support, and he's just the bomb. Super patient and friendly, he helped me out big time. Thanks to him, I now have Dashlane up and running smoothly on my Firefox browser.

I just bought a fishing shirt and hat from this company, eh, and let me tell you, I am really impressed with how nice they are. The shirt is super comfy for a full day on the water, and the hat keeps the sun off my face real good. Final sale clearance item
So, I had a pretty bad experience at this store not too long ago. I picked up this final sale clearance item, thinking it was a steal, but turns out it was defective and not at all what was described. When I tried to return it for something else or store credit, they hit me with the news that Nordstrom doesn't do returns on final sale items. I was downright shocked and mad. I mean, even places like Marshalls have a better policy for clearance stuff. It's just annoying not being able to swap out for the right size without trying stuff on first.

Sea blue jelly sandals
Hey there! So, I bought these sea blue jelly sandals from this company not too long ago. The quality and style are great, gotta say I'm happy with that. But man, when it comes to the colour, I'm a bit bummed out. The pic on the website had this gorgeous bright turquoise, but what I got is more like a grey-blue - way duller. It's kind of a letdown to see such a big difference between what they show and what you actually get. I might reach out to customer service and see if I can swap them out.

I just got this custom gaming controller and wow, it's amazing! Way better than any of those "pro" controllers I was looking at. The back buttons are a little off, but I've gotten used to them pretty quickly and now I can easily press each one. I kinda wish I had gone for the tactile buttons, though. I can see how they could be helpful now.

Scuba Pro is just the absolute worst store ever, eh? My mom went and got me a wetsuit from them, but it ended up being way too small, even though we did our best to go by their dumb size chart. And when I went to try and exchange it, they flat out said no way, eh? I swear, talking to their customer service is like talking to a brick wall - they're so darn rude!

So, I bought this super comfy dressing gown and slippers on sale and I love them! They're so soft and fluffy, exactly what I wanted. I went a size up in the gown so I could really bundle up in it, and it was a great choice. The sale deals were amazing, got them for about 60% off, so it was a nice treat for myself without breaking the bank. I'm super satisfied with my purchase and definitely planning to shop here again.

I recently bought a suspension lift kit and had a bad experience with customer service. After waiting a week with no updates, I called to check on my order. The person I talked to was really rude and unprofessional. They didn't help me at all and spoke to me rudely before hanging up. This kind of behaviour is not okay and doesn't look good on the company. As a customer, I deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, which I didn't get. I've decided to cancel my order and shop elsewhere.
