Gaming PC
Ordering was super easy, especially if you knew exactly what you wanted. The gaming PC's build quality was top-notch, but it was a bit tricky finding the packaging that needed to be removed. Clearer instructions on where to find it without having to open up the computer would have been a big help. I had to ask for email updates because they weren't sent as promised, and there was no tracking information provided. However, I did get delivery info from the carrier. Overall, it was a good buy, but better communication and upfront info would make it even better.
Custom PC purchase
The whole experience was pretty good, the PC was well-made and runs smoothly. However, there could have been better communication. I thought it would take 7-10 working days to build, which seemed fair to me. I checked on the status after a week and was told everything was on schedule. Another week went by with no updates, so I asked again, only to be told there were delays because of high demand. It would have been nice to get more frequent updates. Finally, after 3 weeks, my order arrived, though it looked like it had been roughly handled by the delivery company. Overall, I suggest paying extra for a faster build time if you want your PC sooner, but think about whether it's worth the cost.
Gaming PC purchase
The folks over at this computer store really went above and beyond for me when I bought my custom gaming PC. They were super helpful from the moment I placed my order all the way to when they delivered it. I asked them about getting it faster, and they actually pointed out that I could save some money by getting different parts. But instead of just giving me a refund, they took the time to make my PC even better for the same price. Their expertise in helping me pick out the right parts was amazing. And when I got my PC, it was built really well, with everything neatly organized and even smelling nice when I opened the box. Even though I changed my mind halfway through and asked for quicker building, they still got it to me on time. I'm really impressed with how much they care about making sure their customers are happy.
Custom PC Build
Recently, I bought a custom PC from this company and picking out the parts was easy peasy. The PC is running smoothly and this isn't my first time buying from them, so I know they do a good job with their builds. However, my only gripe is that they began building the PC a few days after the agreed deadline. Once they finally got started, everything went smoothly and the build was finished in no time.
Sick PC
I recently bought a really awesome PC from this store and I'm loving it! The staff there were very professional and they chose the best parts to make it amazing. They even gave me some tips on setting it up perfectly, and the package it came in was really cool. Plus, it arrived right on time. I would definitely recommend Gladiator to anyone!
Easy website navigation
The service I got was amazing, they kept me in the loop with updates on my order and how it was coming along. It did take a bit of time for them to reach out at first, but after that, it was smooth sailing. The computer came in a well-packed box and was good to go right out of the gate. I would definitely suggest them if you want a stress-free time.

I've actually bought a few custom-built computers from Gladiator PC and I gotta say, I've always been super happy with how well they work. It might take a bit longer to get your computer compared to just buying one from a store, but it's totally worth it since they make it exactly how you want it. The level of detail and customization they offer is seriously next level. Every computer I've gotten from them has been amazing, working like a dream and super reliable.
PBA INFINITE PC
I just bought a PBA INFINITE PC from this company and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. The computer runs like a dream and it's exactly what I wanted. But, I did have a little hiccup during the building phase. I didn't get any emails about my order until the PC was almost ready to be shipped. It was a bit annoying not knowing what was going on, but luckily everything worked out okay in the end.
Gaming computer purchase
I recently got a gaming computer for my son from Gladiator PC's and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with the whole thing. Their website has lots of computer options to choose from, and even though I'm not great with tech stuff, it was easy to pick and customize the specs. The computer showed up fast and was well packed, so setting it up was a piece of cake. The computer was even better than I expected, and my son was over the moon with it. When my other son wanted his own gaming PC, I didn't think twice about getting another one from Gladiator PC's. Plus, when I had a question about the second computer, I called their customer service and got through to a really helpful rep right away. All in all, I'm super happy with the quality, price, and service from Gladiator PC's.

I just got a new PC from Gladiator and I'm really happy with it. The computer works amazing and I've been using it non-stop since I got it in July. The parts and build of the PC are top quality, and I can tell there's a big difference in performance compared to my old one.

Unfortunately, eh, some of the computer parts I got from Gladiator PC recently crapped out on me outta nowhere. I tried fixing it using stuff I found online, but no luck – even the hardware vanished from the list! So, I reached out to Gladiator PC for help, but they ghosted me for the last two weeks, leaving me super annoyed and feeling like they don't care, especially 'cause I spent a lot of money on that gear, ya know?
