Swim trunks
Hey there,
I wanted to chat with you about the swim trunks I bought from your company. I was pretty let down with the quality of the product. The material felt really cheap and the stitching was not done well. On top of that, I had a not-so-great experience with one of your customer service reps. They weren't helpful at all and kind of seemed like they wanted to bother me more than actually help me out. I recently bought some stuff from The Kindred Studio and I was really impressed with how awesome their customer service was. They were quick to answer all my questions and the items got to me super fast. Even though they sold out of the onesie I wanted and had to send a different color, they fixed it right away and sent the rest of my order. They even gave me a virtual gift card to say sorry for the mix-up. The quality of the items I got was even better than I expected, and I can't wait for my little one to wear them. I'm really happy with my experience shopping at The Kindred Studio.

Winter purchase returned for refund
I recently bought something in the winter and unfortunately had to return it for a refund. It's been a total nightmare. I sent back the item in early January and it's now the end of February and I still haven't got my money back. Even though I gave them all the proof and info they needed, the company still hasn't processed my refund. The customer service folks have been helpful, but they can't seem to fix the problem. I had to reach out to my credit card company to try and sort things out. If you're thinking about shopping with this company online, I suggest steering clear because their refund process is a total pain.

I can't believe it, eh? Seriously, I'm so mad right now! So I bought this DNA testing kit, right? And then they charged me twice for this Premier service that my dad doesn't even want. I tried calling them and emailing them, but they just won't give me my money back. I've been their customer for so long and this is how they treat me? Not fair at all.
